Dennis set up a time for me to come back, since he wanted to spend a good bit of time with me. I was looking for irons and wedges, but ended up looking at my whole bag. I walked out with new irons, wedges and a new wood. Dennis spent almost two hours with me, and even gave me a mini lesson because my driver swing was so ugly. This is not one of the big box retailers, Dennis is a small business owner, and it shows in the amount of time he spent with me. I like his style, he's laid back, and easy going, but most of all, he's extremely knowledgeable. I've dropped back in to regrip my putter, and cut down my driver. It took 10 minutes to do. I'll never go to another big box retailer, Golf Warehouse is my new home for golf!

This DICK'S Sporting Goods is reliable and convenient…read more We come here when we need our random seasonal sports equipment. Yes, I know they will grow out of their sizes quickly. We resell at our Church Consignment Sale (on season, so there is a little bit of storing) BUT its worth it to me. We have bought our Dicks Sporting Goods (DSG) cleats and shin guards for soccer in the Fall. Recently we came here for a t-ball batting helmet. Man, I know NOTHING about baseball/t-ball and really nothing about batting helmets. One of the employees saw me struggling with a 4 year old and came over. (I forgot his name) Super helpful and we left with a batting helmet, chin strap and a ball...$27. So when I say reliable and convenient...yes we will continue coming here for our sports equipment.

I asked an employee where the Owala water bottles were, and he happily told me where they all were. There was a huge selection of water bottles. I needed one that was on a higher shelf, so I asked an employee nearby if they could help me grab it. He happily helped! At checkout, the register attendant was also very helpful and friendly. I think the staff at this Dick's is a great group of people! I solely want to come back, because they were so helpful!

There was a…read moretime after the start of the pandemic when there weren't any free weights, bicycles, and most everything related to these two things, but it looks like their suppliers have caught up with the demands and shelves again are getting full. The store is clean and everything looks like they're organized in logical places. I came here to look at running shoes. The shoe department is very spacious and has a large amount of shoes. However, the shoe inventory is stored away from the sales floor and an employee needs to help you by bringing your shoes to you from the back. I walked around the department, looking at running shoes, hoping that eventually an employee would also be walking through and help me, but no employee ever showed up. There were a couple of shoes I was semi-interested in, so I decided not to actively look for an employee. I was impressed by what they carry, like lots of items for camping, fishing, water sports and athletic clothing for all ages. The golf department is rather large. I ended up walking to the tennis department and selected some tennis balls. Got into line and waited ... and waited ... and waited. It took about 15 minutes of waiting for me to get to the next open cash register. Two employees were at the separate cash registers, and they were busy with their customers the entire time. If I was in a hurry, I would've most certainly put the can of tennis balls down and left. Nice clean store, and lots of great looking inventory, but attentive customer service is very much needed here.

Kalie was very nice, listened well, and gave great customer service. She was also attentive to detail, had lots of good knowledge with the equipment, gave me enough options to make a solid decision, and was just overall taking care of me very well. Lastly, she taught me a few things I've never even heard of. I'm very confident in the new irons and set up she fitted me for and HIGHLY recommend going to her.

Atlanta Golf & Social is tucked away in downtown Chamblee next to Himalayas. There are 3 bays available. One is more private and the other two are connected side by side. Depending on the occasion, you can rent one, two, or even all three bays. AGS is perfect if you're into golf or looking for a fun spot to hang out, eat & drink, and play with your friends or family! There are also great events, league nights, lessons, and membership programs offered at the AGS to check out! In addition to golf, it also has a great bar with delicious drinks! Everything I've tried so far has been very tasty! Kudos for great selections/recommendations. AGS does have some snacks to munch on as well. I've only tried the buffalo chicken flat bread so far but it was pretty tasty! Overall, quaint spot to golf and socialize!

Good deal and works great. They even installed it for me. I took a spin around the parking lot, adjusted and set the mirror and they tightened it down. While there, I walked through the shop and was pleasantly surprised by their inventory. Great bikes and quality accessories. I need to go back and buy some more quality bike stuff - new helmet, lock and maybe upgrade my seat. Conveniently located in the heart of Sandy Springs on the SS Circle. Great customer service and really nice shop. We really have some great businesses in Sandy Springs and this is one of the better ones.

I want to write a review because of my bad experience at the East Cobb Your Serve with Jill. I…read morewanted to demo rackets to buy and heard about their program where you can try two rackets per week for a month. I called at 6:45pm and talked with a very nice gentleman who worked there. I told him I wanted to try the program and I asked him to check to see if they have the two rackets. I wanted to try out and he did have them. I mentioned that I could arrive in three minutes and asked him if it was OK to come because I knew they closed at 7pm. He said yes it's great to come and that he would set them aside for me. When I arrived exactly three minutes later after my conversation with the gentleman employee from Your Serve, I went to the door of the store and verified the hours are posted closing at seven. However the door was locked and the lights were dim. I saw the gentleman at the counter, so I knocked. Jill came forward immediately, shaking her head no at me through the door. I told her through the door that I had just called and was told to come and she said it did not matter. She said it is too close to closing and they are closed and I could not come in. It was currently 6:52pm. I told her I'd already had it all set aside and it would be a quick process and she said no it is not a quick process. It would take at least 10 minutes. I said we have eight minutes and mentioned that this is poor customer service to tell someone to come and then to close 10 minutes early. She said "we have excellent customer service " and told me emphatically that I would have to come back the next day because she had decided to close now. When I came back the next day, she did not even remember who I was until I mentioned that I had come the night before. She went and got another gentleman to help me. The process to get the rackets that day from start to finish took three minutes, not the ten she said it would take. I would highly recommend going to a different tennis store than this location. The horrible customer service as well as lying about how long something would take to close early after telling a customer to come less than 3 min earlier was incredibly frustrating. Also of note, when I mentioned this experience to several of my tennis friends, I heard of many similar experiences with Jill in particular so I know this is not a one time negative experience with her.
