Having played TPC Sawgrass, Pebble Beach, and RiverPines, this is undoubtedly incredible. The greens are just so well kept, along with the perfectly groomed fairways. We walked in and there are two people seated, one on the phone and the second typing an email. A third person came from down the hall and didn't say anything for a while. After twenty awkward seconds of standing there with no acknowledgment, the third person asks my wife "are you 'Name'"? We are in bay 4". She didn't introduce herself or talk about what we were doing. She tells me that Chris will be right with me. Meanwhile Chris bangs away at his computer for another thirty seconds and then says he will be with me as soon as he hits send" So literally no "Welcome to Golftec" or "Have you been here before?" Or anything. The guy literally didn't even talk to me as we walked back to the bay and then just started typing on that computer. GolfTec, you may think you are the gods of golf or you may be upset that you never won a lifetime tour card, I don't know, but client service is what pays the bills. Keep your clients happy. Treat them like people, not cattle. We have a choice where we spend our money and time. So we left and will get swing analysis elsewhere.
