I have been thinking about getting a water softener and filtration system for some time now. I…read morerequested for a consultation and for a quote for a water softener system and well as a water filtration system. I had the opportunity to work with Josh. He came out to my house and was very professional and personable. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything. Josh was very friendly and was very knowledgeable. He tested my water and was very honest and upfront about cost. The quote he gave was very reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional. It took me while to decide but when I finally decided and told Josh I was finally ready he honored the quote that given was probably over a year ago. The tech that came out was also very punctual and respectful. I couldn't be more happy with the finished product. I probably should have gotten this done sooner! Thanks again Josh and team. You guys are awesome!

Richard and Greg from The Drinking Water Los Angeles are absolute lifesavers! We recently bought a…read morehouse that came with an ancient, neglected GE reverse osmosis system. The filters hadn't been changed since 2021, and the tank had completely lost pressure. I immediately changed the old filter, but the system was still not working well and the whole setup was just on its last legs. Richard and Greg came out and immediately offered to swap the tank just to see if it would salvage the old unit. When we realized the GE system wasn't worth sinking money into, we decided to upgrade and had Richard install one of his own systems. The installation was unbelievably fast, clean, and seamless. Beyond the quick service, not only are Richard and Greg incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also super nice and funny. We had a lot of laughs while learning more about drinking water and getting thoroughly educated on the new unit. We even opted to add an alkaline filter, and the difference is night and day. Now we have incredible, crisp-tasting water running straight to both our sink and our fridge, and we love it. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. I honestly expected the whole ordeal to cost a fortune, but it was completely reasonable. We couldn't be happier with the results, and we will definitely have them come back out for all of our future reverse osmosis needs. Highly, highly recommend!

They recently helped me take my reverse osmosis system with me from my old house to my new one when I moved. My new old house (built in 1958) needed two systems instead of one, which would have been out of my price range. But they worked with me to finally make it happen. That is what we got with carbon filtration and water softening. If you live in Southern California, you know what I am talking about. I really wish we'd installed it years ago. If you own your home, investing in a good system can improve resale value. After a lot of research and discussions with several service providers, we went with Pure Water Filtration. Brandon came to the house and designed a system that would work with our plumbing situation. Unlike others who came by, he recognized a potential issue and offered a reasonable solution. He did not try to upsell us (again, unlike others). They use Clack Systems, so there is no lock-in to a particular system. Maintenance is minimal (add "salt" every so often). Brandon and his assistant showed up for installation as planned. With minimal fuss, the unit was installed within a couple of hours. We went about 90 minutes without water. Once the unit started functioning, the difference was immediately noticeable. Service, price, and performance are why you should choose Pure Water Filtration. We could not be happier.
