I called Tracy after I had some pipes break over the weekend in April. I did some patch work to get through the weekend but ended up creating more damage than the leaks. Tracy came out a few days later, fixed all the problems efficiently and inserted a shut off valve so I wouldn't have to resort to more damage the next time I had a leak. About a month later I noticed that the sprinklers weren't working on the timed settings. I called Tracy out again to figure it out. Mani seemed like he was really nice to work with and seemed to have solutions to our irrigation issues other companies had refused/were hesitant to do. Called them up after reading these Yelp reviews and browsing their website. They were able to come out fairly quickly for the "free estimate." Since the work needed to fix my broken sprinklers was less intensive than I thought and had described on the phone, they offered a very reasonable price, and I agreed, and they started work right away. Finished in about 90 minutes and had my sprinklers working again. They even mentioned which section of the lawn seemed to get a lot of sun and recommended increasing the timer so more water covers that dry area of grass. I hate writing this review but think its warranted and others need to know about my experience. Mani came to give me a quote on my sprinkler installation on 6/22/18. He quoted me a verbal price and said he would send me a written quote. I wanted to go with them and get the work done but never heard back from Mani after that date. Its now 7/2/18 and have given up any hope. If their follow up is like this then that's a big red flag. I have texted and called numerous times with no return call about this. So disappointed. Quick response, nice, and (seemingly) knowledgeable -- thought I had found a "goto" person. BUT NOT. Discovered the repair of a broken riser (3/14/18) just amounted to sticking some glue on the broken piece and putting it back in the hole, instead of extracting the broken riser and replacing it. Of course, it did not hold, and had to get someone else out to REALLY fix it. RE: Owner's Comment -- The owner WAS "the Tech." And, come on, what kind of sprinkler repair service comes out on a service call for a "broken riser" without having any risers in hand? Seems like a lazy way to avoid the hassle of getting the broken piece out, before screwing in a 99 cent replacement part. read more
