      An animal destroyed our irrigation system, and I needed someone to come out and repair it quickly. I called Top Notch Irrigation and was greeted warmly by the person who answered the phone. Mike came out the very next day and gave me a free estimate which initially I thought was a little expensive. However, once I reviewed what I paid for my entire irrigation system, when I had it installed, their price was a bargain by comparison. Carlo showed up about an hour after the estimate was delivered and completed the work and I'm very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this company for any sprinkler or irrigation needs.

      Mike and his crew at Top Notch did a great job on our backyard in Nellie Gail. I was a little hesitant at first, as we hired them right before Christmas and during big downpour of rain. My grass is beautiful, the app that they hooked up all our sprinklers on is mesmerizing! Their knowledge of us getting our own lawnmower to not have mixed grass seeds from others yards has my husband mowing our yard again!! They put all our "yard art" back and spent many hours supporting me having our stones placed, even helped us to grade our miniature horse pen, was extremely professional. Mike's humble, knowledgeable and professional come from was greatly appreciated on our sanctuary. I asked for a simpler timer and they said there was no option. 5) they are NOT woman owned and operated. Yes, the scamming husband put the company in his wife's name for tax purposes but she CLEARLY knows nothing about plants or landscaping. I have never experienced such lack of professionalism in any service industry. All I asked for, and still feel we are entitled to, is a refund. Daniel did solid work on site, dialing in the lawn coverage, sealing crawlspace penetrations, and sleeving the valve wiring. My main advice for future clients is to make sure every expectation is completely aligned during the initial walkthrough. The final bill ended up noticeably higher than the estimate. An underground pipe issue under the driveway was an unexpected discovery and completely understandable to pay for. However, other items became add-ons due to miscommunication. I had expected the controller to be hardwired directly, and I also assumed the pipe thud I mentioned to Ed during his initial visit would be resolved in the original scope rather than needing a water hammer arrestor added after the fact. Overall, they do quality work and accommodated all my requests, so I am happy with the finished system.
