It's 15 mins each and starts immediately after one another, with no break. It's in 126 degrees sauna rooms, so make sure you bring ur water bottle! Hot Blast- combination of upper and lower body workouts. Love the full body workout Hot Thunder- water rower using their water tank pully system . Great for back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, core and hip. My arms were giving out trying to keep pace with the virtual instructors! (The instructors didn't have water in their rower btw so that's why they're faster) Hot Cycle- great cycling and most popular here. Awesome cardio ! I've purchased my own package since, and it's been an amazing source of decompression and relaxation. Why do I love my solo sauna sessions? It's like having your own little haven to energize, rejuvenate, or entertain yourself in peace. The experience is more meditative and entertaining, rather than the communal experience with traditional saunas. You get your own room at each session (40 minutes for one session). Each room is set up with a TV, built-in speakers inside the sauna, a controller, and four towels. One towel for the base of the sauna, one medium sized towel, a small towel, and a eucalyptus-infused cold towel for in-between or after your session. There are multiple light settings for therapeutic purposes (the red light settings being the most scientifically backed) and also set the vibe of the space to your preference. You can also adjust the temperature throughout your session. The rooms are clean, quiet (especially if you play any sort of music, meditation, or show/movie), and peaceful. There's a bathroom accessible in the halls but no shower, so be prepared to wear comfortable clothing you don't mind getting sweaty. As for price? Each session costs about $20-25 per session, but you can get more value with limited set or monthly packages. This Orchard Hills location has the nicest staff, scheduling is easy, and parking is great too. It was shocking because I had never heard of such a policy. Jordan, the trainer and employee there stated that every cancellation has to go through the owner, Michael first. I asked her why. She said she didn't know why. She took down my name and phone number and said Michael will call me. So, I waited until 4:00pm on Tuesday, December 30th and I called Jordan. She apologized again and said he was busy and that she would message him again. I then told Jordan that I felt that these practices are unethical and I should be allowed to cancel my membership. She then apologizes again and says he will call me today. Previously when I cancelled my membership, I had to pay a fee to cancel. Now, they are trying to prevent you from canceling all together. I am writing this review as documentation for my credit card company too. Jordan said my credit card will not be charged but I don't believe her. Nothing is in writing. The gym is a nice concept but they make you jump through hoops to cancel your membership. Also, you can't even cancel electronically, you have to come in person.
