Just when we thought everything was finally coming together, we got a rejection notice from the County for our e-file document. (text was illegible) We made a second attempt after cleaning up our document but the County rejected that one as well. Our source was high resolution, and Jack verified that he was sending the files at full resolution, but the County's rejection notices were showing a severely low resolution image. Jack really felt bad for us since he knew we could not move into our house unless the document was accepted. He took considerable time on the phone with us to troubleshoot our image and also investigate his e-file software. He helped us deduce that the County was down-sampling the image on their end and he came up with a game plan for how to modify our image.
