I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with Nader Nader…read more I hired him for what should have been a simple eviction case -- my tenant hadn't paid rent in over a year and had received proper notice back in 2023. Instead of resolving it efficiently, Nader Nader repeatedly delayed the process, missed deadlines, and failed to take decisive action. He forgot to submit important documents, causing the court to deny filings. He didn't object when the tenant kept asking for more time, and never brought in witnesses to expose the tenant's lies. Even the tenant's own attorney admitted in court that all the delays were caused by Nader. On top of that, he marked the wrong box on a key form, limiting my ability to sue the tenant to $35,000, even though I'm owed over $100,000 in damages. The situation became so bad that I had to hire a new attorney and pay again, just to get this simple hearing resolved -- something Nader Nader failed to do after many months of inaction. When I asked him to take responsibility and settle the damages he caused, he refused. In my opinion, this attorney was negligent, unprofessional, and completely ineffective. If you want a lawyer who will actually fight for you and protect your rights, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

I presume he is in high demand given his ability to argue a case in court. I was a tenant who had been sued by a crooked landlord with a slew of unlawful practices. Joe appears to have an uncanny ability to absorb information at lightening speed and puzzle piece together a general gist of the big picture to help construct his argument. He thinks quick on his feet, and if you are the opposing party to Joseph, be warned, he will catch you up! Better to have him on your side than to be against him. Out of many lawyers to choose from, Joseph is an exceptional lawyer. I should also add, at the start of my case, it did not appear that we would win, not because of Joseph, but based on the face value of the case, it appeared that I, as the tenant, were in the wrong. I retained CZ on Sept 4,2026 and then horowithz was suppose to represent me in a wrongful repossession matter and when I received an additional retainer on septemver 24,2026 which was 15 pages long, due to my disability I used the assistance of Ai to help me understand the 15 page document and generate a few questions to ask, I get a call from CZ telling me that they are no longer going to represent me and also spoke for Horowitz and said that Horowitz was also not going to represent me. I come to find out that the 15 page retainer gave both law firms and one other 99% of any awards or monies I would get from the outcome of my case and I would get only 1%. i was puzzled, shocked, and confused because in that 15 page retainer it also stated that "Client (me) would have to consent to Horowitz Law firms using Ai to assist the law firm in my case. How funny is that? They can use Ai but I'm not allowed to and the minute I did use Ai to Assist me I was told that the firms do not work with or represent clients that use Ai. That's discrimination, and against ADA laws I believe But, I ended up filing a state bar complaint and at the same time found out that Paul Zuckerman of Carpenter and Zuckerman already had state bar complaints filed against them prior to mine. So, no I would not recommend either law firm.
