I've been to the location several times, and the two-story showroom has an incredible selection. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and attentive, and I love that they let you take different samples home to see how they look in your space. I purchased Italian porcelain tile from them that was technically a wall tile, but I used it as flooring and I absolutely love it. I've also gotten my fireplace stone and kitchen backsplash there. The prices can't be beat, and the quality and selection are amazing. Jerad in the warehouse is absolutely wonderful, super friendly, outgoing, and always willing to help. They definitely know their stuff, and they even loaded everything into my truck for me. The whole place has such a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. They even have an awesome fish tank in the warehouse, and one time when I came in, they were grilling burgers and other making pancakes and offered food to everyone. Great service, fair pricing, and beautiful work!…read more I found this company through their Yelp reviews and messaged them through Yelp. They responded in less than 15 minutes and were able to schedule a free in-home estimate. Robert arrived right on time, helped us choose the right carpet and color, and gave us very helpful advice. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, so we decided to move forward. The crew came just one week later, right on schedule, removed our old carpet, and installed the new carpet beautifully. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. We're very happy with our stairs and would definitely recommend them!

Starting my review 1 year after install. Overall we had a poor experience for the following…read morereasons: 1. The general expectations for install were never communicated to us, we have never replaced flooring and didn't know they would be demoing the entire house and then installing, requiring us to vacate the home. For someone new, it's reasonable to assume they might go room by room? Maybe not. Setting out general expectations and timelines in advance would be great. 2. The job took much longer than originally stated. 3. Quality of baseboards that they replaced was much lower than what we originally had installed. 4. The overall quality of the install was poor. It was clear they had no idea how to work with this newer product. Especially when it came to the stairs which they redid and it's still not right. 5. Photos included of messy filler/caulking, install spaces between joints and large spaces next to walls, creaky steps (multiple). I waited one year to review as the sales person said that "of course the steps will creak when they are new but when they settle in it won't". I feel like they are "settled" now but they still creak like crazy. They weren't the cheapest quote we got, we thought we were getting quality install and were ok with paying more but that was not the case.

Finished phase 1 the next day. Then when he said phase 2 was done, he missed a portion of the caulk and needed to come back a fourth day. Three of those days I changed my work schedule for his schedule. I had to finish the caulking job myself because he said his quote didn't include some basic areas of mold. Once I bought the clear caulk, I finished the job myself in about 30 minutes. Pretty basic for a professional but he didn't seem super interested in making sure I was satisfied.

The absolute real deal!…read more Josh Borja came out and gave us a quote for reflooring the entire house. It wasn't the cheapest quote, but this is certainly a situation where you get what you pay for! Flooring is not the area where you want to cut corners. I've always heard that you shouldn't be cheap with anything that goes between you and the ground (e.g., shoes, bed, car etc.) The tiler in particular was incredibly meticulous and made sure every detail was spot on. He made sure the floor was perfectly level and worked efficiently and quickly but didn't take any shortcuts. The carpet guys were similarly professional and everyone was helpful and happy to answer any questions I had about the process. I'm usually a very picky person and they literally gave me nothing to complain about! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and out of all the contractors I've worked with they are easily among the best.
