I told them that I needed a pedicure but they ended up selling me into also getting my nails done LOL which I'm so glad I did. I have really small nail beds and let them know, but they were extremely accomodating and was able to work around it. I told them that I'm usually shy of getting my nails done since my job is extremely strict on nails on length and color and they understood completely, asking me everytime if the length was okay and wasn't annoyed at me for wanting them shorter. They recommended me to get a builder gel extension which is something i haven't done before and it's been around almost a month since I got them done and the retention is INSANEEE. My nails usually last me less than 2 weeks since I'm super rough handed at work and daily activities I do, but they haven't even budged or wobbled or lifted and I'm genuinely so impressed. Literally life changing for me and I am so SO happy I decided to stop by this salon. They also gave me snacks and drinks too and they were so smiley and friendly. I've always had trouble finding a salon to stick to but this is genuinely going to be one of my go-to spots now. I don't usually get my nails done often, but now I want to after going here to continue to support them. If you're reading this review and debating whether u should go in or not, DO IT! He's done my builder gel, dip powder, and now Gel X; he truly does it all. He's incredibly personable, friendly, and a total perfectionist. He always makes sure I'm 100% happy with my nails before I leave. Holly is my absolute go-to for pedicures. Between her and Ken, I always leave feeling relaxed, taken care of, and refreshed. The salon itself is always clean, the music and atmosphere are such a vibe, and I love that they always offer a drink (I never say no--their white wine always sets the mood for me). When I pointed out that the flowers were supposed to be pink and purple, she appeared frustrated about having to redo them. I apologized for the misunderstanding and explained that I thought the white was just the base color that would be painted over. After that, I felt uncomfortable with how my service was handled. While doing my cuticle work, the technician nicked my skin twice, and toward the end of the service seemed to be digging the cuticle cutter into my fingers more aggressively. I brought the cuts to management's attention before leaving. I also had concerns about the pricing. My total was $122, and I was told I was receiving a $7 discount, bringing the total to $115. However, the salon advertises a cash discount, and when I offered to pay cash, I was told I could not receive the cash discount because I was already receiving the $7 discount from fingers being cut. This was confusing and did not feel transparent. To be fair, I do like how my nails turned out, and I tipped both technicians because I appreciated the work that was done. However, customer service and professionalism are just as important as the final result. I have experienced similar issues here before, and after this visit I don't feel comfortable returning. I've included photos of the cuts on my fingers as well as the finished nails so others can make their own judgment. I also included a photo from a previous time my cuticle was cut that I brought to their attention which hurt very bad and received a $5 discount.

My nails looked like wide eggs. The tech told me it was because my natural nail base is wide and that they "would've looked better longer"--something they absolutely should have advised me on before starting. Because I had my 3-year-old daughter with me (who also got a paid service), I left and called them from the car. They explicitly told me to come back and they would redo them. When I drove all the way back, they flipped the script. They refused to redo them because I left the store. I asked for a simple reshape instead; they said yes on the phone, but once I walked in, they refused again, saying it would make them look worse. It wasn't until I demanded they just take them off completely that they finally agreed to reshape them. Please look at my media. The photos show they look way better after the reshape (going from wide houses to almond), meaning they lied to me just to avoid fixing their mistake. Furthermore, the video shows the terrible application: the nails are angled upward instead of flat, and the pinky is totally crooked. It is a horrible feeling to be treated this poorly by a business you have supported for years. Never again. You first said you could redo them and then said you couldn't. Leo didn't not want to reshape them till I told him to remove them. You did absolutely nothing to help in this incident and only embarrassed me as a customer. Do not come in here talking about policy when you disrespect your clients. Shame on you for your poor response and service.

I went here two days ago (07/18) and got a mani pedi. I requested for french tip design on my fingers. The whole process probably took about two hours and my nails looked okay... not great, but they looked okay. When I got home, I took a good look at my nails and realized that one of my hands didnt even have a top coat. I didn't realize at the salon because I was close to falling asleep. Luckily though, I gave them a call and they said I can come back in to fix the issue at no extra cost. I ended up going the next day because I had plans for the rest of the day. When I came in for them to fix it (yesterday 07/17), they happily took me in and applied the top coat. And I thought that was it. Unfortunately I woke up this morning and saw my nails were chipped in certain areas- ALREADY. It's only been two days since I got my nails done and they already look like this. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this establishment, but I hope this will push them to improve the quality of their products. I do gotta give them props for being kind, but unfortunately GEL nails should not end up looking like this after only a couple days.
