The Therapists and Assistants are very dedicated to healing and incorporate treatments from a variety of disciplines (Chiropractic, Ayurvedic, etc) in pursuit of healing and strengthening the body. Dr Kevin, my original therapist, noticed something unusual during our sessions and pointed it out to my Primary Care Physician. Had he not followed through with his suspicions, I might have gone several years before my symptoms escalated to the point that they would have been obvious. I owe him a huge debt of gratitude for saving me years of physical and emotional suffering. I recently sought treatment for Tennis Elbow from Dr Jimmy DiMascio. In just under two months, he relieved the pain in the tendon through a multi-disciplinary regimen of massage, cupping, shockwave therapy, and exercise to reduce the tension in the muscles and tendons. I cannot recommend this practice enough for the quality of the staff and facilities, their professionalism and dedication to their patients.

I've had positive experiences with the physical therapists at this location but the front desk…read morestaff ruins it all for me. I was waiting to write this review but my recent experience over the phone just pushed it over the edge. The front desk staff makes me feel like I am bothering them. Even checking in- come on it's part of your job!! Looking at previous reviews it seems like it has been an ongoing issue. I was overcharged on my first 2 appointments and ended up with a large credit. I was notified the therapist I was working with was leaving and the only other therapist that has experience with my issue does not have availability for a few weeks. So I wanted my credit back as a check- it showed on my insurance application that the claim was processed so I called in. I spoke to Jaden and she said that it was not sent back to them yet so they would call me back when it did. I confirmed with them that they would call me back and she said she wouldn't just leave me hanging.. Then I said thank you, bye and she proceeded to just hang up without any bye or anything. I don't know why every front desk employee seems like they are miserable working there- not sure if it is management or just all of their bad attitudes every time. Won't be returning. Please retrain the front desk!! Makes me feel uncomfortable interacting with them.

You deserve a provider who is compassionate, thorough, and truly in your corner. I feel very heard and validated each time I come. I initially came for a pelvic assessment due to having some pain spasms + chronic UTI-like flares. My pain flares have improved dramatically and all of her homework exercises have been helpful - (actually have to work on them though !!) a lot of it as well is also nervous system and behavioral/lifestyle changes as well which I acknowledge no PT (or anyone) can work on for me, but having the care and guidance helps a lot. We have also worked on my knee and an old ankle sprain, and my mobility and strength definitely improved vs when I first started seeing her. I love her approach to pain and we have been working on play-based movement since I am active, however have been chronically injured/chronic health conditions. I also love that Stacie continues to learn for herself and her clients ! Definitely dont hesitate to see her!!! The office is easy to get into, parking in the structure is plenty and I love the 1 on 1 PT compared to a busy PT office through insurance, which often times they have you seeing a PTA after a while, so I believe it helps to have someone know your progress every step of the way vs cycling through more than one person. I also love that she has a mini gym in there!!! I feel it's a good sign for a PT office as it's important to add appropriate load when ready

What really stood out was a session we did using biofeedback for birth prep. She helped me connect to my pelvic floor in a way I hadn't before -learning how to properly relax those muscles (which is harder than it sounds) while also understanding how to engage the right areas. It made me feel so much more prepared and confident going into labor. If you're pregnant or dealing with pelvic/hip pain, I can't recommend her enough.
