The operational excellence impressed me too: reminders arrived the day before appointments, they consistently ran on time despite high volume, and every interaction came with a smile. A special acknowledgment to Conner, who balanced knowledgeable instruction with the perfect level of challenge. Each week, he pushed me just beyond what I'd accomplished the week before--exactly what I needed to progress. I was waiting to write this review but my recent experience over the phone just pushed it over the edge. The front desk staff makes me feel like I am bothering them. Even checking in- come on it's part of your job!! Looking at previous reviews it seems like it has been an ongoing issue. I was overcharged on my first 2 appointments and ended up with a large credit. I was notified the therapist I was working with was leaving and the only other therapist that has experience with my issue does not have availability for a few weeks. So I wanted my credit back as a check- it showed on my insurance application that the claim was processed so I called in. I spoke to Jaden and she said that it was not sent back to them yet so they would call me back when it did. I confirmed with them that they would call me back and she said she wouldn't just leave me hanging.. Then I said thank you, bye and she proceeded to just hang up without any bye or anything. I don't know why every front desk employee seems like they are miserable working there- not sure if it is management or just all of their bad attitudes every time. Won't be returning. Please retrain the front desk!! Makes me feel uncomfortable interacting with them.

I feel very heard and validated each time I come. I initially came for a pelvic assessment due to having some pain spasms + chronic UTI-like flares. My pain flares have improved dramatically and all of her homework exercises have been helpful - (actually have to work on them though !!) a lot of it as well is also nervous system and behavioral/lifestyle changes as well which I acknowledge no PT (or anyone) can work on for me, but having the care and guidance helps a lot. We have also worked on my knee and an old ankle sprain, and my mobility and strength definitely improved vs when I first started seeing her. I love her approach to pain and we have been working on play-based movement since I am active, however have been chronically injured/chronic health conditions. I have been going to Precision for over a year now for physical therapy to treat some gait issues…read more I've gone to many over the past 5 years that were full of dr's that stuck to their textbook treatment plans and only cared when I cancelled appointments. Favorite things about Precision: 1. They are a teaching facility and most of the PTs have students that bring a slightly different POV for care. I was fortunate to have some great students that were engaging and made the work fun. 2. My PT Manjiri is the absolute BESTEST EVERRRRR and took time and care for the first couple visits to understand what my body was and wasn't responding to. She LISTENED to my feedback and we made changes accordingly. 3. Parking is ample with a lot of disabled parking, no major stairs and bathrooms are easy to get to. lastly , the patients and staff make it more of a community than a clinic. She gave me practical exercises and tools that I could immediately incorporate, and I genuinely felt relief and more support in my day-to-day movement. What really stood out was a session we did using biofeedback for birth prep. She helped me connect to my pelvic floor in a way I hadn't before -learning how to properly relax those muscles (which is harder than it sounds) while also understanding how to engage the right areas. It made me feel so much more prepared and confident going into labor. If you're pregnant or dealing with pelvic/hip pain, I can't recommend her enough. She's incredibly skilled, but also just a calming, grounding presence during a time that can feel overwhelming.

We met for weekly sessions at first and as I kept improving it became every other week, then every 3 weeks, and now I meet with her once per month. My friend said she used to come here and liked it! As soon as I walked in and started treatment, I felt so much peace here. Maybe it's the music or the staff's personalities. But since I started my therapy, I've gotten more flexible again and stronger in my arms and lower back. I come twice a week but I'm graduating to once a week...I think.
