She is thorough, trustworthy, dependable and loyal. I had an injury which prevented me from me from overseeing some of the areas, this is when most people would skip some of the detail; NOT MARISELA!! Bressi Ranch is a large property with a large recreation area, consisting of a junior Olympic pool, wader, spa, clubhouse and four bathrooms, containing six parks, which produces a great deal of trash; this property is not for the weak. PTC stands out as a cleaning service company, due to people like Marisela. When you are represented by someone who has integrity, and a work ethic that cannot be taught, you know the company will excel. Great job PTC! Dawn Navarre, Community Director Bressi Ranch HOA.

But here's what makes ACS the best: Alma is the owner and operator and her small team is mainly her family. That means 2 important things to me. 1 is that I feel safe. Alma comes to clean herself, not someone who is just paid an hourly wage. She is clearly trustworthy in my opinion (and I'm rarely wrong on that) and I feel strongly that my home and my stuff is secure (not that I have anything worth taking). The second reason I like that ACS is owner operated is that I like that all of the proceeds go to the folks doing the work. Give Alma a try. I'd bet you'll stick with her.

Of course she would have to come into the home and take a look at everything before telling us the exact number. We had agreed to meet right away that same day in the evening. We provided her the address and she came just like she said she would, we did the whole tour, agreed on the price and then set a schedule for the actual cleaning. Today, Cecilia and her expert cleaning team at Arguelles Housecleaning came on the scheduled time to clean the home. These armies of amazing ladies got straight to work and cleaned the house from top to bottom. It took them some time but that's what we wanted since we wanted to make sure that the house is clean. We have a toddler and an infant that will be living in the home and we wanted to make sure that everything is wiped down and dusted and mopped, and vacuumed, and just clean! They did exactly that! Even more so, they also asked for our approval when they were done. They asked us to double check their work to make sure we were satisfied with the work. and if we needed anything, they told us to just let them know. Cecilia and her team went above and beyond to make sure that we have a clean home before they went on their way. Cecilia offers her services in the area and she also offers cleaning services for maintenance as well, IE, every month, quarter, etc., not just for move-in and move-out. For the price and services we received, we are beyond happy and will be keeping her number in our cell for the future. If you are in need of cleaners, I highly recommend Arguelles Housecleaning!

Super quick responses and reasonably priced! Anddddd they work on weekends too! Anddddd they saved me because I was freaking out about having to clean after packing and moving. I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They took a little bit longer to clean my place but I'm glad they did because they actually cleaned so many things that other places would have you add on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and go through them in the future!
