We had Albert clean our rental condo this last weekend and he did an AMAZING job. The tenants didn't really leave the place up to a very high standard and he made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. He was a very nice guy and helped us do whatever we wanted. In the past I found a lady on FB who came out to give me an estimate. She showed up with her daughter and they looked like tweakers, talked my ear off and I never felt comfortable about hiring them. Fast forward to a couple of years later and I've got the "I need to hire a house cleaning service" bug again. Well, it never went away but, you know what I mean. I decided to go with an actual company, so that if I wasn't happy with the service, I could request someone else or at the very least not have them back without that awkward/guilty feeling. I received several quotes from various companies on Yelp. I went with SoCal due to their prices, other reviews and prompt replies to my questions about their rates/services. I had a lot of questions since I've never used a cleaning service before. Daniel and Shanie showed up as scheduled. Shanie was in my bathroom for over two hours. I have a very small bathroom. You could eat off the floor in there now. It has never been so clean. From the obvious stuff like sink, toilet to even the shampoo/soap bottles, inside mirror cabinets, etc. Daniel was in the kitchen for just as long. My refrigerator looks new. I can't tell about how good they aren't cleaning but I can tell you this. I owned 14 rental property and 1 restaurant. I have 3 cleaning companies that I usually worked with. But only 1 of them can clean restaurant. So I was looking for an addition team for my commercial need. Needless to say how often I use cleaning crew. I sent a message to this company base on their positive review on here. I ask if they could come and give an estimate because restaurant is so MUCH different than home cleaning or any commercial. We are dealing with lot of grease, hood, commercial appliances and etc. Any company familiar with restaurant cleaning know that. They don't know how dirty of restaurant will be. What appliances will look like and we can't sent picture of everything. It just simply not. No one can take picture all appliances inside and out. It just not realistic. This company manager answer me by saying that "For small jobs like what you put of -1,000sf we give quotes online because of everything that is going on to minimize risk to all parties. Every company operates different." .... I do not recommend them at all. Because if one really professional they will check the job before admit to something. I usually paid around $800-1,200 for my restaurant cleaning. Commercial cleaning is usually higher than house cleaning and that is for a reason. That's why they should find a time to give customer a price estimate and see if they can handle the job. I would be skeptical hiring them. If you like me, I want to know what price I'm going to pay and what for and if the companies can handle the work I need them too. I don't want to surprise that they can't handle the job or addition charge because they don't think i need them done prior to picture estimate. After talked to this company, I then reached out to 5 more companies on yelp and they promptly responded me to give them phone call to make appointment for on site estimate. That's the way it should be - period. read more

We were very pleased with the cleaning service and we actually had two male cleaners which is unusual because the cleaning companies overwhelmingly hire women. Only one was the point person that spoke with us. They brought all of their own supplies and were in and out in three hours. It was difficult to find a reliable company through Yelp so we were happy that this business seems to have it on the ball. We had several cancel on us and have housekeepers that seem concerning and you would be afraid to leave them in your home. read more

I used this company a couple of years ago to clean a large 3/2 townhome after tenants moved out. They did a great job so I called them again last week to clean same unit. The work was pretty good, could've done a little better on the stairs (vinyl flooring) but otherwise it was acceptable. The worst part was the cleaning company took 2 rolls of TP, paper towels & floor cleaner. Um, we're working on the place and therefore put the TP in bathroom for us to use. I called So Cal Cleaning and they were very responsive and made cleaners bring back the TP. Then, next day, we went into garage and saw that the Paper towels and floor cleaner were also gone. They had no need to go into garage but went in and took the products. OK, we're pretty annoyed at this point and its pretty weird that the cleaners would take these things. I called again and no response = crickets. Also, they don't provide receipts, which is also a little weird. At $450, I expected honest cleaners. So, we won't be using them again. read more

Super pleased! I have to say... I'm impressed. I'm a clean freak and Christian met my expectations. I had nothing to say to him in terms of cleaning or detail. He finished cleaning in a timely fashion.
