I learned that the honey is sourced from vista and Escondido. Their product tends to be on the drier side and the mead more semisweet than too sweet. They do have fish fry-day on Fridays and we will come back for that in the very near future! I'm a sucker for fish n chips (with malt vinegar) and food when I'm enjoying a good brew.
