I was thrilled to finally make to it Cafe Bewilderment for lunch yesterday. First and foremost, the Monocle Building itself is stunning with immaculate vibes. Once we found Cafe Bewilderment, I was, in fact, bewildered. It's beautiful, it's wild, and it's a place I already know I'll want to return to again and again. The setup is simple: order at the counter, grab your table marker (a very tiny tree stump - how fun is that?), and your food is brought out to you. All of the employees were friendly and the gentleman at the register helped me decide between the Lox Sandwich and the Hot Honey Burrata. He recommended the lox so I went with that. The Lox Sandwich was more of a lox toast than a sandwich, but whatever it was delicious and surprisingly filling. My mom ordered the Bewild BLT and ended up taking half of it home, so I'd say hers was also filling. To drink, I ordered a hot latte with lavender and cardamom. It was so, so good, and the presentation was chef's kiss. Honestly, though, the decor is mesmerizing. Everywhere you look there's something interesting to admire - even the bathroom. I really, really, really want to come back to try more of the menu as well as their cocktails. Something tells me Cafe Bewilderment is just as magical in the evening as it is during the day!!!

First and will definitely not be my last trip to Tiny Thai! side note: I was going to take the food back to work to eat but couldn't resist trying a few bites so I ended up eating outside the restaurant (there were a few table and chairs with a big window - quiet and aesthetic ambiance if I do say so myself) and took 1/2 of the soup and 1/2 of the mango sticky rice back to work. The soup was still delicious -and I didn't reheat it- ! I loved the 'warm' mango sticky rice and left the last half in the fridge - pretty sure it'll also taste good so definitely looking forward to late night dessert!!! Chef Josey does magical things with egg rolls. Think cinnamon roll egg roll! Didnt get that today but its one of her specialties. We decided to not cook tonight and grab something local since fast food didn't sound great. We decided to order from SZN since they just reopened yesterday and it sounded really good! Chef Josey is a master in the kitchen with how these tacos turned out. We got two birria tacos, two five star tacos, and a Cinnabon eggroll. Fragrant, robust, warm, and tasty. I was hooked. Went back and bought a bag. Went to the Farmer's market for years after just to get my coffee, which they would make to order and not an easy order - half dark, half medium, fine grind. But they always did it for me and the coffee was always fresh and delicious. Then they started delivery (way before pandemic) and I could get it delivered right to my door. And Laura, who answers the phone on the first or second ring, is the most pleasant, cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable person on the planet. I'm sometimes thinking I want to call up just to hear her sunny disposition to brighten my day. I love this company - great product and superior service.

Mark & Austin the owners were extremely friendly, and you could see they both worked well together, and had the skill along with passion for crepes. After visting several other establishments that sold crepes, The Mad Irons Cafe is the real deal with talent and savory flavors. The crepes are made fresh to order. The prices are reasonable, and the best part of the experience is watching them be prepared in front of you. Sweet, savory and breakfast crepes one cant go wrong with the variety.
