So now it looks as though I'm the lazy employee that missed a whole bunch of work, when in reality it was the neglectfulness of the management that has put me in this position. Just today I purchased 2 sirloin steaks ($20) that looked in the package to be excellent. When I went to cook them I discovered that one of the steaks had large sections of fat about 2 inches wide running along the back of the steak. It's grain direction also seemed to change on the back making the steak more like a flank type steak than a sirloin . The steak was very tough, as expected when trying to grill a steak that's been butchered like a flank. This is the second time I have had this issue with this store in as many months. I think this is a very underhanded way to treat your customers. Do better Metro!

In my case that will never happen unless you decide to give me an employee discount for my effort.
