As someone who isn't incredibly familiar with the area, this seems to be the only spot right off the highway for awhile (heading to Toronto). It's a gas station/tims combo and there is a drive-thru. This particular time we opted to go inside so someone could get gas at the same time. There was a long line but you could tell the staff was hustling! Somehow the food came out first and the coffees weren't ready until almost half an hour later. By the time I got back to my truck, the food was cold. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating, especially for a prepaid mobile order meant to save time. If you're in a hurry or expect basic efficiency, don't rely on mobile ordering at this location.
