They take months to reply to your concern and do not pick up the phone. The codes that were sent to my insurance needed to be changed to be covered and everyone was giving me the run around. It has been months since I have been trying to get help and no one is helping. Some of the test that were ran were even rejected because they submitted it wrong and I am getting charged for it. This is completely horrible customer service. They are quick to have you come in for an appointment but don't help you after when they charge you for it. I will not suggest coming to this location unless you want to get charged for no reason for things that can get covered because they do not feel like changing it. I am disappointed in this organization/ office if this is how you treat all of your long term clients.
