I have been seeing a speech therapist to fix the biomechanics of my issue, but sought out Pearl to help with the chronic tightness in my jaw, neck, and shoulders that has been restricting my voice. After ONE session I feel better than I have in over a year and my voice is sounding better than it has in over a year! I am awestruck. I bought a 3 pack and I absolutely cannot wait for my next appointment. I found so much relief from my first appo I can only imagine how I will feel after three. Thanks to Pearl, this singer has her voice back! **Update: I have now had the opportunity to work with Pearl Acupuncture's newest acupuncturist Bianca, and she is just as amazing as Pearl! I was a little nervous to work with her because I know and trust Pearl so much, but Bianca was fantastic. Her plan of care was a little different than Pearls (for the same issue) but I experienced just as great of a result and I will not hesitate to schedule with her in the future! Both ladies are magnificent at what they do!**

I see Dr. Bianca and I will just say that everything is top notch. Not only was my pain addressed, my blood glucose level started coming down naturally. I was on 3 medications and insulin. A couple of days after my second session, my glucose monitor went off in the middle of the night. Normally this happens when I have eaten something I shouldn't have and it was spiking. But, no. It was too low! Not believing it, I check with my finger prick monitor and it corroborated the reading. I was shocked. I have since stop one of my medications, cut one in half, and cut my insulin in half. I am very excited to continue treatment to see how much I will be able to come off of. Oh, and yes, my Fibromyalgia is doing better but I am more excited about the improvements in my diabetes. Dr. Bianca is very caring and knowledgeable, I am so glad that I decided to try acupuncture out. Wish I could give more stars.

I will say that my appointment times can be prompt or last longer because I get such great consultation each visit. They customized my visit depending on the concern. I always find a parking spot on the outside with easy access available and have yet to enter parking garage but they do have one available. I have been going to get adjustments since it opened with most recent visit being 11/29/23 from Dr.Tim Nawrocki. He is very knowledgeable and not rough like some chiropractors. He's also friendly, punctual, and caring too. I notice that my back and neck always feel better when I keep regular visits. Another amazing experience about this office is it's so easy to book your appointments. If your like myself and only remember things after hours or if you love texting verses calling or both they have an app which is very convenient! I love it and they text you 48 hours before your appointment then 24 hours then on the day of so you don't forget or you have time to cancel because I was getting to that next, they will charge you a fee if you cancel appt last minute but they will work with you as far as if an emergency were to come up so they aren't going to just profit on you being late but they make it hard for you to be late with the reminders. lol! Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing! Everyone is different of course but if you have pain and looking for help this place is a good start or finish if you're lucky. I'm still going here 1-2 times a month at the moment but better than 3-4 when I first started.

Once I got back to Texas and could no longer stomach Tylenol and muscle relaxers, I went to Oak Cliff Acupuncture.
