In the evenings, the water is often empty, which may seem small but is not in line with the standard one would expect from a "luxury" facility - especially one that includes a sauna. Additionally, my boyfriend has experienced similar issues in the men's locker room, including a lack of available towels. These recurring issues detract from the overall experience. My functional medicine appointment was a positive experience. Rebecca provided a thoughtful and comprehensive review of my bloodwork along with actionable recommendations. However, the follow-up experience has been frustrating. When I reach out through the patient portal with questions, the responses tend to focus on promoting additional memberships rather than addressing my specific concerns. For example, when I recently inquired about peptides, I was directed toward a peptide membership rather than receiving straightforward guidance. I prefer a model where I can pay for services as needed, without the pressure to enroll in ongoing memberships.
