We had the best experience. We booked a scooter for Disneyland. We decided to stay at a hotel across the street. They dropped it off the night before in time for us to go and enjoy Downtown Disney. There was an issue with the model that I booked so they upgraded us at no extra charge. My husband is a big boy and we got the Cadillac of scooters for a very reasonable price. All we had to do was drive the scooter back to the hotel and drop the key at the front desk and that was it! Great experience, we will definitely utilize this service again! read more

After many years of renting here we will no longer come back. We rented a scooter and before entering Disney the scooter stopped working and the battery died. We called the company, they said that they would call back but they did not. Finally we called again and spoke with Bobby and a male. They were very disrespectful and rude to us, using profanity and treating us very badly. They hang up after we asked them to replace them, they told my dad they don't give a sh*** don't give a fu****** arguing and telling us they would charge us 1800 for leaving the scooter where it died. We asked them for help and they did not help us. We were told the scooter would be slower but never once told that it would go so slow and stop working. Neither of us are overweight either which would not make the scooter go any slower. They gave us a scooter with no charge, and expected us (we are both disabled to push the scooter. We needed to find help and good thing the strangers on the street treated us with more dignity and respect than these disgusting people. I've always thought they were not as friendly as they should be but never once did I expect these people to treat us like this after being loyal customers for many years. Very trashy unprofessional people, do not trust this place if you have an issue they say they don't give a f*** or a s****. Truly I am shocked and very disappointed in these people. OMG I will ALWAYS use this place!! The scooter was super comfortable and easy to operate, regardless of language spoken by user, you can read the pics or words. The staff are absolutely warm, friendly, highly efficient and total kudos to the hiring committee/personell. In Knott's I had a tire pop and they brought me another one quickly and to my particular location! They deliver and pick up no extra cost and are available by phone 24/7. What an amazing company! My mom needed a scooter after 2 days in the parks and called around 530p. They had a scooter dropped off with in two hours to the hotel. In the morning we ended up having an issue as new hires in valet misplaced the scooter. We called soaring scooters and they had one dropped off again for her in 30 minutes. My wife is disabled and we rented this scooter and it broke down and was powerless in disneyland and my 14 year old son actually had to push the scooter with my wife on it. And several guys was helping to pull the handle in the park and the handle broke and now the soaring scooter wants me to pay for the damages because the damn scooter would not work. So i called Bobby and after a very rude and insulting phonecall she refunded $50 dollars and now threatens to force me to pay for damages so my advice is be careful of this company!! read more

That company took hours to return my call, then they asked me to push the broken scooter to the main gate! Apparently, they didn't get the memo about what limited mobility means. Horrible quality of scooters. Was there two weeks ago with my family. They rented from this place scooters did not look the same as the picture. Everything was damaged USB port didn't work etc. My aunt called and Bobby answered full of excuses. Said she's waiting on parts etc, we came last year and she used the same excuse so what are they waiting on? Bobbie helped me figure out the best scooter for my needs, and she was so accommodating regarding pickup, drop off and my schedule. I had first called another company with a lot of reviews, but I was clearly just a business deal to them and they weren't very flexible. Also, they would not be accessible after hours if there were issues. As it turned out, I did need to call Bobby from the park about 6 pm because of a small issue, and she walked me through how to deal with it, and then insisted on meeting at my convenience to switch my scooter for a complimentary upgrade for the remainder of my trip. This is the second time getting a scooter from soaring scooters. They have much nicer scooters than the Disneyland scooters. And they make it very easy and convenient meeting me at the disabled parking to bring the scooter and meeting me at the end of the day to pick it up. Bobbi and her crew are consistent and amazing. I would highly recommend using them for your scooter needs. And they also give a discount for season pass holders. I won't ever rent from anyone else again. I am a season pass holder at Knotts Berry Farm and my family and I finally went on July 2 - our first visit back since before the pandemic. I am disabled and am unable to stand for extended periods of time. For this reason I always rent an electric scooter from Knotts. On July 2 however something happened which never ever happened for me in all my years as a pass holder. We usually come in the late afternoon so we can escape the heat. When I went to rent the scooter I was told they were sold out and a waitlist was available however I was number 7 on the list. I didn't know what to do. I could rent a wheelchair but I didn't want my family to have to push me around all day. I saw a woman with a scooter she had rented so I decided to google a rental agency. I didn't have high hopes because I was always under the impression you could only rent when staying at a hotel and for several days. I was looking for a rental at 4:30 in the afternoon. The first place I called was Soaring Scooters and spoke with Bobby who was professional, helpful, and kind. She put me at ease and was able to help me. Price was fair, more than Knotts but taking into consideration the delivery and pick up needed. She advised me to go back to the main entrance and out past the security area. She informed me the driver had 1 stop to make before coming to Knotts so I expected to wait for at least an hour. I waited for about 30 minutes and the driver came through. I didn't catch his name so I apologize to him as he was also a huge help, professional, and knowledgeable. He showed me how the scooter worked and agreed to a time for him to pick up the scooter and a location. He met me in the handicap parking area where I was parked at 10:30. Sure enough he arrived in time and he took the scooter back. Easy as pie. The actual scooter was amazing. So much better than the ones available to rent at Knotts - more comfortable and way faster. It was fully charged, and had the charger stored on it just in case. I was given a complimentary satchel and hand sanitizer. All in all it was an A+ service that I would recommend to everyone. Ordered a scooter for 5 days to be used at Disneyland. Bobbi said the scooter I was getting would go 18 miles easily. First day I had it after charging it all night the scooter went dead within 4 hrs. Called and was told that I was the second person who was staying g at paradise pier who had issues and it must be their electrical. Said she would send someone out to bring batteries to change them out because they didn't have any other scooters. Waited about 40 Minutes and after calling to find out when they would get there, we'll he finally got there with another scooter. She then changed the story to another scooter company had five problem calls so it must be the heat. I then asked for a scooter that had an area where I could put my feet straight out.said it could get one The next day and she wouldn't charge me any extra. Well when I got it I figured out why.... It was broken all up... In the front, seat ripped and no where to put my feet. Pick up was a fiasco as well. I won't rent again from this company!! read more

The delivery to our hotel was great. However one of the scooters had a broken headlight button so it wouldn't come on. That was dangerous when we left Disneyland after the fireworks. It also didn't charge overnight. I called them in the morning at 7 o'clock, and they had a replacement over in under 20 minutes. So I give them five stars for service, but take one off because they hadn't noticed the problem with the light switch before they brought it over. read more
