The attendant at the walk the plank worker mumbled something about "a piece missing from the taller one" after saying it was open and then checking. If you're understaffed wouldn't it make more sense to cycle the zipline crew to the closed ones so the paying customers can get what they paid for and go on everything? Everyone just seemed clueless about things being closed. That being said, the open stuff was fun.

We even spent a little time in the arcade before jumping into the AR adventure, which was a nice warm-up. The story itself was surprisingly thoughtful -- it made us reflect on being present in the moment during the holidays instead of getting lost in our phones. It's playful, immersive, and yes, totally enjoyable for 40+ year olds too. Plenty of parking, plenty of space to move around, and the whole experience is cozy and warm inside -- perfect for a chilly December night. The restrooms are well maintained and clean for usage. The staff is friendly, and this place is definitely worth visiting to take younger kids to play. We visited this location on a Sunday evening and the place was almost full. Like other locations, they do have private party hall and then some common party area with benches and chairs. This BounceU is in an unassuming building in a sort of industrial park. But there is magic inside. The facility was very well organized and clean. There were plenty of staff at each station, from the front check in to the play rooms to the party rooms. The rooms are a lot less chaotic than similar party places that I've been to. Each bounce room only had one party at a time. There was only one main door in and out. This gave me peace of mind that my kid wouldn't be able to wander off or get lost following a different party. After a long play period, the party ends with pizza and cake (parent provided?) in a private room. They play photos of the party on a TV screen and sing happy birthday. There are also little goodie bags with knick knacks. It seemed like all the kids had a great time and left happy.

Yesterday we were here for my nieces 5th birthday. What could've been a disaster turned out to be a really nice party. We had booked a room for 10 jumpers 3 weeks prior, but the week of the party were notified by the general manager that there was an error in their system that was causing parties to be double booked. So we were asked to move the party to the picnic tables instead. We could've been those angry parents that threw a temper tantrum over the whole mishap, but instead we practiced kindness and empathy. It was very obvious to me that the general manager was upset over the whole thing because that is a very difficult conversation to have and if it were you, you'd be upset too. I can imagine how many upset parents she had to deal with. I was really grateful for how accommodating they were for our party despite the chaos. She gave us a nice discount and some game cards for the kids. They were also present every step of the way with helping us decorate, dish out pizza and cake, and clean up. That is why they are getting 5 stars from me. I hope going forward they only continue to see success in their business!
