They are very communicative, responding quickly to emails and questions and are helpful with insurance issues. The hygienists are friendly and thorough. Dr. Bae does my exams and recommended a crown replacement based on what she saw on the X-rays. She was not pushy and patiently explained to me exactly what she was seeing on the X-ray. I decided to move ahead, and they pre-authorized with my insurance and gave me a pre-pay discount, so I knew exactly what I was going to need to pay. She was very patient and gentle throughout the procedure. So far so good with the new crown! The offices are clean, modern and well located with a parking lot just next door (and street parking in front) - however it is metered.

I'm in my 50s and have no problems with my wisdom teeth other than a small cavity in the upper one. I went for a consult at Natich Family Dental and met Dr. Bhalla, their oral surgeon who recommended I have them all pulled. The experience was absolutely horrific. My expectation was either full sedation or at least gas. When I expressed that, I was told "well, this is how we do it." I was led to believe it would be "fine." It was NOT fine! Never should you do a procedure like that on an adult fully awake. I think I left in shock. Covered in sweat, shaking and white as a sheet. I will forever tell everyone I know not to have their wisdom teeth pulled as an adult and if they do, to go full sedation. I also called and sent pictures about a concern I had and Dr. Bhalla couldn't be bothered to call me back. I'm also mad at both my dentist and the surgeon for encouraging me to have them out at all. The top one had a cavity - that's what started it all. I ended up removing 3 perfectly healthy teeth and one that had a small cavity and really just needed a filling. If given all the info and if I could go back in time, I would NEVER have agreed to this course of action. It feels barbaric and like the whole thing was just to get money rather than taking care of patients.

I am now in my sixties, and I had major pediatric dental trauma from my childhood. Dr. Maria changed my life, enabling me to access dental care without fear. I had a crooked front tooth that marred my smile, which made me embarrassed. Dr. Maria told me she could cosmetically fix it. So I have had a beautiful smile for nearly 30 years, thanks to her wonderful work, which only took an hour or so in the soothing environment of her office. She has protected my teeth and my health for so much of my life. I cannot express my gratitude deeply enough to her and her wonderful associates.

The entire experience felt off, rushed and awkward. The hygienist did her best but I felt was inexperienced in her efforts to work with a child. We ended up not seeing the dentist we were told we would (by both the front desk and hygienist at the visit), there was alot of confusion and not a full comprehensive exam by the dentist, the owner who I think was asked to just step in to help. My child left in tears and was given an adult toothbrush and adult toothpaste and no prize, which for a child at a dentist office is the highlight.

Our visit was to the orthodontist. Be wary of committing your child's orthodontics work to an…read moreextremely profit-oriented practice. The office did an initial quick 3D computer imaging and gave a quick estimate of the treatment: $5000 to $6700, a wide range. The doctor/office then assured us that the actual cost was going to be closer to $5000 due to the short treatment in our case. However, in order to get an "accurate" estimate, we must allow a technician to take "records", which means an expensive x-ray. This x-ray fee would be written off if we decide to go ahead with the treatment. Because the doctor/office had already assured us that the cost most likely would be $5000, we went ahead with the full-mouth x-ray. After a few days, the office manager emailed back the treatment plan. It turned out to be $6500. She also claimed that the cost was never based on the length of the service as promised. Obviously, we would lose the x-ray fee if we do not proceed with their treatment. This practice was trying to make profit by taking many "records" that do not require much of doctor's time. They bait potential patients with a false initial estimate in order to switch to an "accurate" estimate that costs a lot. If you decide to have treatment with them due to proximity, just know that it will be at the high-end of the initial estimate. Their words are not consistent and do not take responsibility in conveying them. Again, be wary of committing your child's orthodontics work to an extremely profit-oriented practice.

The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and genuine kindness -- not the rushed, clinical vibe you sometimes get elsewhere. Dr. Jenny Chang took my case seriously and took her time with me--she didn't just talk at me--she talked with me, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable and informed. I felt like someone truly understood the complexity of what I was dealing with. The office itself is beautiful: modern, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed -- but what really stayed with me was how supported I felt throughout the entire visit. I walked out feeling hopeful, which is something I hadn't felt in a while. I'm grateful for the care, patience, and professionalism I received. This team made a difficult chapter feel manageable!

Frankly I personally believe they are very expensive and are not capable of explaining if you are in network or not.
