At one appointment he told me he was okay with it as long as I didn't hold him responsible for some catastrophic dental issue that might arise from my lack of X-rays, but the following appointment 6 months later, he became very aggressive and told me I could not come back unless I agreed to his X-ray requirements. So obviously I did not return. And the fact that at first he was okay with very limited X-rays and then the next appointment he wasn't and was much more aggressive... tells me it was more about the money and not really that something could go horribly and inexplicably wrong without X-rays. I always found him a bit aggressive... maybe short-man complex... but, in fairness, he was a good dentist otherwise. Good luck.

Our family feels very welcoming with the FDC family. They have had very little office turnover. There office admin Lexi retired. I have had the same hygenist for the past 8 years. My kids have had the same hygenist as well. The FDC team does a thorough job and makes the visit to the dentists office an OK experience. The kids have had teeth pulled, fillings, etc and have never had a problem. They have heard harrowing experiences of other dentists by their classmates but to them, its no big deal. I highly recommend this practice and welcome you and your family to become part of the FDC family.

This place came up and I was able to get her in quickly. As someone who has worked in the dental field and was an office manager I understand insurance, and they kept trying to give me the runaround when they realized I was willing to pay out of pocket for some of the care. These people are money hungry and not patient first. They didn't want to put my mothers extractions through her insurance despite it having 100% coverage and did not want to have her partial covered by it as well. Instead they told me to pay out of pocket for the extractions and that they can run the insurance for a temporary partial and then I'd have to pay out of pocket for the permanent one. I had to stop them before starting treatment as I was looking over the paperwork and it was so sad to see that during a time of a dental crisis they were seeing money signs and not compassionate about patient care. I was luckily able to find another dental office down the street (JNL family) who was able to do all the services at no additional cost outside for a temporary solution to cover the gap where my mother had missing teeth while we waited for her permanent partial. Even then when I was willing to pay for a better partial they advised me to an alternative solution that was cheaper and more practical for the situation making me realize the clear difference between HONEST patient care and greed.

Dr Guy worked on my mouth from March until June and I have never in my life experienced such horrible care in my entire life. In 5 months he pulled three teeth in the back of my mouth he put two implants and and took them out. When I first went into his office he asked me to change my insurance to tops and he could do everything. That was not true. After 5 months of care I finally left because the whole time he worked on my mouth it was infected. He stuck a novocaine needle directly into my abscess causing me to scream very loudly. When he stuck the needle into my abscess the infection popped out of my mouth into the air like busting a pimple. The more I screamed the harder he pushed the needle into my gum. There are so many other things that I could tell you but I think that is enough for now. I was so afraid to go to a dentist after him that it is January 2024 and I have had at least four infections after leaving his office. He he made my dentures and would not give them to me instead he sent me the mold that they take of your mouth before they make the dentures. He sent me that mold instead of my dentures as if I'm an idiot. He charged my insurance up because I got the paperwork of all of my visits and he charged my insurance for so many procedures that he never even did. I am currently contacting legal services because of his neglect. Usually when you go into a dentist office they will talk to you at least say hello and tell you what they're going to do. He never said hello to me he never spoke to me unless it had something to do with my insurance. He caused me great pain and the law is going to take care of this.

He leaves no stone unturned and is the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever had the pleasure to know. Not only does his knowledge of dentistry run deep, but his technical skills are equally impressive. My jaw alignment had been changing over the last few years and he recommended Invisalign. My mouth now feels like it once did. Dr. Hanna recommended a few other procedures, some cosmetic, some medical and I could not be happier with the outcome. It took a couple of years to complete but was worth the wait. Now that the masks are off I get quite a few compliments. Because I had to make several visits to the office, I got to know his team pretty well, too. Never will you find a better group of hard working, professional and pleasant group.
