And the fact that at first he was okay with very limited X-rays and then the next appointment he wasn't and was much more aggressive... tells me it was more about the money and not really that something could go horribly and inexplicably wrong without X-rays. They drag everything out for months, delay your aligners way longer than they say, and still keep spamming you with calls and texts like you're not already a patient. Then at the very end you're given just one cheaply made "final" aligner that looks like it was ordered off Temu. It's meant to last forever, it's very thin cheaply produced that will definitely break within weeks. If it breaks or you lose you will have to pay $1000 minimum to replace it. do yourself a favour and actually read the 1-star reviews before going anywhere near this place. Don't get fooled by the fake, likely paid-for 5-star reviews they have on google reviews. take your money elsewhere.

My sister had to change the insurance on file when the receptionist looked at her and said "should I do this for your sister too or is she actually going somewhere else or was it a heat of the moment", no it was not the "heat of the moment", I have been going there for 7 years and have never missed an appointment and they want to disregard my time. I live 45 mins away had I driven to the dentist it would have been a waste of time they did not even care to let me know they gave up the appointment.
