Our family feels very welcoming with the FDC family. They have had very little office turnover. There office admin Lexi retired. I have had the same hygenist for the past 8 years. My kids have had the same hygenist as well. The FDC team does a thorough job and makes the visit to the dentists office an OK experience. The kids have had teeth pulled, fillings, etc and have never had a problem. They have heard harrowing experiences of other dentists by their classmates but to them, its no big deal. I highly recommend this practice and welcome you and your family to become part of the FDC family.

I came here for an emergency tooth pain, and everything was sorted out the same day…read more The previous two days I had experienced pain that grew worse as time went on. I googled for the closest possible place that would take a look asap, and I found these guys. The office was very well decorated, surprisingly, for a healthcare place. A woman showed me in and had me take a look at what I assume was state-of-the-art equipment (maybe a bit show-offy?). I think it doesn't take much for me to assume that a place is professional, so it didn't seem necessary but it was appreciated. The best part was that they x-rayed in minutes, deemed the pain caused by a cavity in a wisdom tooth, and was able to extract in the very same appointment. The doctor herself was a bit tricky, saying she was "testing for pain" when she actually extracted the tooth. It only took a good 30 seconds of pulling and it was all done. Surprisingly quick and effective. Price for the extraction seemed to be within "norms" that I googled (200-300), so that was good as well.

On two separate occasions, I was contacted many months after my appointments and informed that I owed additional money for services or products that I believed had already been settled. As a patient, it's unsettling to think an appointment is complete only to receive another bill months later. When I questioned the most recent charge, I explained that my concern was the repeated delayed billing and the uncertainty it creates for patients. After discussing the matter with the team lead, the office ultimately wrote off the charge, confirmed my account had a $0.00 balance, confirmed there were no pending insurance claims, and deactivated my account at my request. I appreciated Melissa's professionalism in helping resolve the situation. While I appreciate the final resolution, my confidence in the practice had already been lost because I never felt certain when my financial responsibility was actually complete. I hope the practice improves its communication and billing transparency so future patients are not surprised by unexpected balances long after their appointments.
