I wasn't sure if they accepted my insurance so the employee who called stated she would speak with her manager and find out and call me back. She never did. I waited and called on my own a few days later to give them another shot and whoever answered sounded bothered. I explained that I was told someone would call me back and no one did. The woman on the phone said she was busy and would call me back and quickly rushed me off the phone and hung up without taking any of my information. Needless to say I won't be recommending them at least for their customer service. They may be great dentists but I was extremely disappointed in their customer service. There are many dentist offices in the Southboro, Hopkinton, Metrowest area so to have poor customer service is completely unacceptable. I have since started going to a new dentist office down the street in Southboro who actually seem attentive and responsive.

We had a wonky insurance policy that only provided X-ray coverage every other year and they never balked at the request to check with the insurance if it was an "on or off year" for me and my young kids. I cannot say enough about the hygienists at this practice! I have grown close with one and going in for my cleaning every six months is like catching up with an old friend over a beverage. I was devastated and really was not happy (red NOT AT ALL HAPPY) with the person who took over his office. I discontinued all dental work until years after, I had horrible shooting pains in my jaw. 6:10 am I called a friend and colleague, who researches and does things "right." She gave me Dr. Tutin's phone number and said I could call even that early in the morning. There was an emergency number . Dr. Tutin called me back at 7:15 am on my way to school. He made an appointment that very day for a time, when I knew one of the classroom teachers would stay with her class instead of their art period. Noontime, I was in the dental chair, and Dr. Tutin was all my friend had told me. With that first visit and prescription of penicillin, I was hooked. Dr. Tutin has been my dentist ever since. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE in that office smiles. One night, during an open art studios, I left my studio late at night. I tripped in the parking light and bashed in my four front teeth. I went back into the studio. Cleaned up. Pushed the teeth back into their correct place, stopped at an all night drugstore for ice packs, a Dunkin' drive through for a cup of ice, and with the ice on the inside and ice pack outside, I drove home. Called the emergence number, and Dr. Tutin said he'd go into the office the next day , a Saturday, to meet me and assess. The office was closed on Saturdays. He came in. Told me I had done correctly, put a coating on the teeth, and we prayed the roots didn't die. HE CAME IN ON A SATURDAY FOR ME !!!!!! REALLY!! I have stayed with Dr. Tutin and his Framingham Dental Group, even though I have moved 4 hours away (WITHOUT TIE UPS on the road), because I trust his practice, and like the people working there. Now, I am sadly and unhappily switching to dentists up here, but when the office contacted me that it is time for a cleaning, I just called and made an appointment. Just so happens the day I am in Framingham next week, they have an appointment at a good time for me. YEA ! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tutin, or the people who work in his office. They tell me YELP is better than writing a snail mail letter. I'm happy to accommodate, but still...I prefer writing with a pen on paper.

The kids have had teeth pulled, fillings, etc and have never had a problem. They have heard harrowing experiences of other dentists by their classmates but to them, its no big deal.
