I had the keys to my car but had accidentally locked a steering wheel safety device on it while parked on a side street near my job, deep in St. Louis City. Brandon from R & R immediately responded to my request via Yelp and text, giving me a quick quote and reassuring me that he could help. He arrived in under 40 minutes and solved my problem with ease! He even recommended I find a towel or sheet to catch any debris from the job, which showed how thoughtful and thorough he was. Fast forward to today: I get word that a neighbor locked her keys, phone, and pet inside her car. I didn't hesitate and reached out to Brandon again. Though I wasn't the point person on the ground this time, I let him know someone else would contact him with the details, and Brandon made it clear he was on his way to St. Louis County. PSA (public service announcement) When your car starts…read moreoverheating- turn on your heater full blast and start to pull-over where someone can tow you. (Heaters draw heat from engine therefore cool engine to heat the interior. Unfortunately I broke something underneath & was not "add fluid/ loose hose on top" situation. Fortunately, even though all anti-freeze was drained the engine it didn't fully overheat & seize. I called about 11 & they stated they were busy so it would be an hour. However, I knew the distance to my destination & she gave my a quote ($50 less than the other 2 companies I called). She was polite & professional. Truck driver called & confirmed information when he was about 15 minutes away. He showed up in an hour from original phone call as lady stated. He had the better flatbed hauler so the entire van was carried & not towed. Minor inconvenience from riding in the tow truck- A/C was not working very well. It was the most modern tow truck I have ridden in, but I have not ridden in one in a ~decade. Driver was professional & courteous also plus the quote was correct.

The seller was pushy and non negotiable I bought a truck that was probably submerged at some point and they made it run and sold it at a well used truck price. Cosmetic damage wasnt the only problem with the truck. Upon driving it home 15 miles I noticed the odometer didnt work( so who knows how many miles were on the truck at the time of being bought). The awful salesperson lied on the title saying it had 1000 less miles then the truck read on the odometer. You should love the all sales are final policy. As soon as I arrived home the check engine light turned on. It's been about 6 months of going to different shops that cant find out what's wrong with the truck other then the transmission is starting to go bad.
