    The roll ice cream
    Boon C.

This an average Roll ice cream store. I have better on other places. With that said. I have to give them credit on the only one in New Tampa right now which we don't need to drive too far to have one. This is only base in the roll ice cream. They have many item such crepe choco Coro new item and Acai. This items was not reviewed. Base on their roll ice cream, the selection is good. But the toppings is little. The charge is high. We have the on snow in the assembly menu. The toppings are chocolate roll cookies and top with coconut flakes. The ice cream is creamy than other roll ice cream. Which is a good thing. I only don't like the pricing and so little toppings. Overall experience is good. I would give them at average among the same business. However, I do want to try their crepe. It look interesting.

Beware, hanging sign on the door is the wrong time.

Our first time here but appears to be a good selection of really tasty treats. The acai bowl was especially refreshing on this hot day. We will be back :)

If your looking for decent ice cream, at a clean establishment with a uniqueness in the way they make the ice cream, check this place out. It is Thai inspired in the sense that they make your ice cream by pouring the cream base on an extremely cold surface (think a very cold round grill top) and mixing it all up, and presenting your ice cream in rolls; as opposed to scopes. The ice cream ends up looking cool and the kids will think it's cool (simply because it's different); but overall, it will taste like any other ice cream you buy at the grocery store. We tried to different ones: Cookie Dough and Brownie. All in all, what we expected flavor wise..nothing spectacular. Looking for a unique ice cream experience give this place a shot--but It won't be the best ice cream you eve ever had and there are better places within 5 miles.

What a neat place! We got the mint, peanut butter, s'mores and banana split. It is a lot of fun for the kids as they get to watch it being made and this is very entertaining. I really feel bad for the employees and their hands - def hard work! I wouldn't say the ice cream itself is anything special or the best but when mixed with toppings and the fact it's different, it makes it well worth the visit. Prices were about average as other ice cream shops. I'd recommend giving it a shot especially is bringing children along. Prepare for a good amount of time as it does take a good minute.

I don't know what happened, but my daughter and I got snow rolls here last night and we both got really sick this morning--same stomavh symptoms wity nausea and vomiting. She got Bella Berry and I got Mochi matcha. They were delicious...I thought the price was a bittoo steep and wished they offered smaller portions. But oh man...I didn't realize we'd both get this sick. My daughter had eaten there many times and not gotten sick in the past. This was my first time trying this out. So...maybe something was off last night, but we won't be returning any time soon.

This establishment just keeps getting better and better. Went here today and loved it. They now have a new açaí bowl with a vegan base. They pretty much allow you to make whatever modifications you would like to make it your own. The açaí bowl isn't the best I've had but it's definitely pretty delicious. My husband and children love the basic ice cream and all the delicious toppings. This is a place the entire family can enjoy. If you haven't been you are missing out!

We've now visited 3 times in 6 days. Like I said before, the ice cream really does have a great flavor. The other night we went with friends and had a couple of Cookie Doughs, a Nucoco and a S'more. Kids love this place. It's so fun to watch them watching the ice cream makers. It's an interesting process and there's nothing like seeing your own creation being made. Tonight my little girl and I went and she built her own with Cookie ice cream, Choco syrup and cotton candy topping. I had the Nucoco (Nutella and coconut). It's was good, but I preferred the others I've had the last few days were (Cookie Dough rocks and S'mores is absolutely TDF!!). Anyway, regardless, the ice cream is great. And I have a list of what I still want to try. (P.S. I wish they had cherries to mix in! Not maraschino, but a nice dark cherry would be awesome with their Choco syrup, which kind of hardens and gets crunchy!!) The first time I went, the wait time was crazy. The second two times this week we came at good times and waited just a few minutes. However, the line is to the door soon enough and it looks like wait times still get long. The staff there are all super friendly. And recognized us. I think we may might be regulars ;) Tonight there were plastic spoons in addition to the wooden spoons! Thank you! I've seen other reviews about the wooden spoons tasting weird and have had them break myself, so it's awesome to see the team there listening and making changes to ensure a great experience!

I'm not a huge fan of ice cream, but fresh homemade ingredients and I'm in! Snowrolls make amazing ice cream and they about the details. Your ice cream won't only taste phenomenal, but it'll look great too! I've been to other ice cream roll shops and this one is by far the cleanest, which is a must when you are making my food!

Went here tonight to check it out! I waited a few weeks to let the crowd die down a bit as since each order is made fresh it can take awhile if there's a line. We lucked out tonight & walked right up to the counter to order! I think the pouring down rain helped us avoid a crowd. Price is a tad higher than comparable places by about 1.00 I also noticed that syrups aren't free (they are at the comparable place) The icecream makers were very nice & take pride in their work. They put on a little show for the kids drawing pictures with the mixers before mashing & making the rolls. The icecream was good, creamy. I had Nucoco and the kids had banana split & chocolate with brownie. I just have one complaint the dine in area needs more attention. It wasn't even very busy yet every table was dirty. I looked for the cashier to ask for a rag & she disappeared into the back every chance she got. When I mentioned it to one of the ice cream makers He apologized & came out to clean the area. I honestly feel like the cashier should of handled that for them while they make the dessert.

We came here with the family, 5 of us.They have vegan options and it's awesome! Very tasty ice cream and variety is amazing! Its beautiful ambien, nice music and very friendly people work here! Love it!

Wow! This is such a creative idea. I absolutely love it. I had the Kookie one and it was fabulous. Prices are great for all that you get. They even have vegan options. Make sure you watch how the workers make them - so fascinating! Taylor was really sweet definitely knows what she's doing. The atmosphere was very inviting and plenty of room to sit. Definitely make your way to this place. You will not be disappointed!

    Kafu creation

This little gem is hidden behind Kobe's in the shopping plaza. Without yelp I would have never known it was there. When you walk in you're greeted by the very large menu, where you can create your own concoction or pick one that is already on the menu. They had a variety of ice cream bases you can begin with, matcha, vegan cream, or cream. LOTS of toppings to choose from. I went with the Kafu which is a coffee flavored ice cream with chocolate shavings and pirulin cookies. I think the chocolate shavings threw the texture off but otherwise it was an amazing choice. They make the creations right there in front if you, and carefully mix it until it's the perfect consistency. Then, just as the name suggests, they roll it into the cups. Perfect desert for a hot summer day!

We chose to sit on the patio and waited for nearly 30 minutes without a single employee checking on our table. The line inside was all the way to the door, so at first we assumed someone would eventually come by, take our order, or at least acknowledge us. Instead, we watched multiple tables on both sides of us receive service while our table was completely ignored. Eventually, we ordered through the QR code on the menu. What wasn't clear is that QR code orders are apparently treated exactly like takeout orders. When our first item was ready, it was handed to us in a plastic container inside a bag. We explained that we were dining in, not taking food to go. I specifically asked a staff member named Graham if the remaining 3 dishes could simply be served on regular plates. He told me "that wasn't possible and that QR code orders automatically come in to-go containers". That explanation made very little sense considering we were sitting at a table in the restaurant. A few minutes later, one of my friends flagged down another server, who had no issue arranging for the food to be served on actual plates. That inconsistency was honestly mind-blowing. To make things even stranger, one coffee arrived in a ceramic mug while the rest came in disposable to-go cups. Nothing about the service felt organized or logical. As for the food, it was fine. Not bad, but nothing particularly memorable or worth making a special trip for. Given that I drove about an hour and paid tolls to visit, I definitely won't be making that drive again. I understand places get busy, but basic service still matters. If you're asking customers to tip when ordering through a QR code, serving dine-in food on actual plates instead of plastic takeout containers doesn't seem like an unreasonable expectation. There are simply too many other coffee shops with better service for me to return. 3 stars because the atmosphere was decent and the food was okay, but the service was disappointing from start to finish.

There's coffee, tea, plant-based energy drinks, Italian sodas... and dozens (I think 75) of flavors you can add to them. In a fist visit, I usually start with chai tea latte... but today I asked for suggestions and ended up with a hot hibiscus tea with added pear flavoring. It was so floral and different!
