We only came by because I Yelped the closest "ice cream shop" and they popped up with a few others but the Yelp pics got my attention and that was it! The inside is decorated in a beachy/Hawaiian-themed feel and super cute! Their large array of syrups are on full display. They also offer yummy drinks. I had their Tiger's Blood shave ice with ice cream & sweetened condensed milk on top - OH MY! I got the small but next time I'll opt for the mini as they are HEFTY-sized! The young girls at our service were super friendly and helpful. The only thing I saw that needed attention was their outdoor seating. Their flavors are anything BUT artificial which makes them so tasty. My only complaint would be the inconsistency with the hours. I can't tell you how many times I have stopped by during regular business hours and it's closed which is very disappointing. But I can say that the Icee's at Cindy's are amazing, the prices are affordable and both Cindy and Gloria are always so friendly and happy to serve their customers. The barista was very knowledgeable and steered me toward a maple spiced chai. When I commented that I don't like super sweet, they adjusted accordingly. The drink was perfect! From a work space perspective, there are plenty of tables and accessible outlets so that was a plus.
