Within the last 6 months I always have to take an article of clothing back for some reason. This latest reason is my solid gray kakhi. Not an ounce of understanding that this cleaners ruined my pants. When their machines don't work and eat your money no one wants to do anything about it, I contacted the number for the person who was supposedly who we were supposed to call with any issues, but the woman on the phone complained saying that she couldn't do anything more than what we had done and she suggested trying another machine, she said she was going to call the owner to see if maybe they had some spare change when I told her I wanted the money back for the machine that did not work. She was complaining to me that she did not want to have to walk all the way down here super unprofessional and basically said there was nothing she could do about it. You're offering a service via these machines that do not work, you would think you could do something about that.

If you value cleanliness and a friendly, helpful, happy community atmosphere, anyway! The attendant was attentive and helpful and gave valuable advice regarding what size of washer would be a good value and be able to tackle multiple of my loads of laundry in one go. When it came time to empty my washer a kind stranger volunteered to give me a hand because I was wearing my sleeping infant daughter in a sling and awkwardly working around her. So kind. It's busy in here but no one seems grouchy about waiting, and most people will meet my eyes and smile back. I like that there are different washer and dryer types to choose from (there are both front load and top load washers, and some great big and some regular sized) and that the larger machines accept payment from cards. I love that there are live plants inside, what a nice touch! My only note about how the environment could be improved is that it could maybe use a couple more chairs and that the chairs would benefit from someone taking a magic eraser to them. Everything else in here is grunge free and looks very clean and well cared for! It's summer time now and it is a little warm in here, though. There is one fan running near the front to help but fair warning, you'll likely start sweating while you wait for your laundry. Overall I'm having a very pleasant experience and am grateful. I definitely recommend this friendly clean laundromat to anyone!

The shadiness and making you jump through hoops to find the price for a load of laundry makes me think the other post is correct about their insane prices. First of all they don't have a price list and it's my fault I didn't stop there. But I figured how high could they be? I received a timely text stating " I have 4 orders for pick up." For further information text "order" which I did and the price was $117.95. I couldn't believe that was accurate. I had 2 sweaters, 2 dresses, 2 pairs of pants and one suit jacket. Anyway, when I went to pick up items and said I think there's a mistake, the lady said probably not. When I asked why so high and why not a price list I was told prices goes up all the time due to the materials needed and tariffs. I will not recommend this cleaners due to high price and no price list. I don't like surprises like that.

I'm going from loyal customer here to never coming back. I had slowly stopped coming to the clintonville coin-op when I noticed a decline in their cleanliness shortly after they reopened. I started visiting other laundromats. I came back to give coin-op a try again and I'm disgusted to see they haven't improved their cleaning at all. This is the inside of the first machine I stopped at, 45 minutes into the day's opening, with the attendant chilling at the desk. So I skip the machine and go check some others. Checked at least four other machines. Each one was filthy. Dog hair, lint, gunk, coins, KIBBLE?? I found the cleanest one I could and wiped out the inside as much as I was able (it was still pretty grimy). Honestly I regret doing that wash. When it was over, I ended up just grabbing the 'clean' clothes and the rest of my clothes and putting them back in my car. No idea where I'm going to wash them next, but it's definitely not here. This place really used to be my favorite, but they need to seriously implement some stronger cleaning protocols and follow up on them.
