When I returned home, I visited this Big 5 location and spoke with a manager to return all three seats. There was an issue with the itemized items on my receipt, which caused the manager some difficulty, as the bar codes on the receipt did not match the codes on the merchandise. The manager resolved my issue within a few minutes, and I received my refund.
