Very friendly cleaner and they take care of you! This morning I dropped off a full business's suit, the bottom stitching on my pant leg had completely unfolded and I had forgot to mention it to the owner. When I picked it up this evening I brought it to his attention and asked if I could leave it for him to take care of, he replied with "I already fixed it, you're good to go". I come here for all my dry cleaning needs and they have always done a great job, especially, for what they charge which I thought was so reasonable. However, this place also does amazing alteration which few people know about. I've done basic alteration here which always came out nicely done, but recently, I had a semi formal designer dress which needed to be altered and it wasn't an easy job, so I contacted the more well known alteration shops in town. Because I needed this to be done fairly quickly, no one was able to meet the deadline, so I thought I would give Snow cleaners a try. Ali, the owner, said it can not only be done, but he can get the tailor to do it in one day!! And the price was half what everyone else charged!! But most importantly, the dress was fixed beautifully and fit me perfectly! The secret is that Snow cleaner uses the service of a master tailor from India who is used to making suits and dresses... who knew?! Outstanding Service. I had a military funeral to attend and needed a quick turn around on dry cleaning and altering my Army uniform. Went on yelp early in the morning and saw that they opened at 7am, whereas other cleaners didn't open until much later. This is my go to cleaners. They have picked up since Covid has lifted restrictions which is always a great sign. Owner of the shop is always aiming for customer satisfaction and if you need something done, he is able to do it in a reasonable amount of time. I have taken jerseys, slacks, T-shirts, dresses, & even S H O E S(white Converse) into him and he was able to take care of the stains on all. While the large UGG comforter looks and feels fine, the overwhelming scented detergent/dryer sheet smell is absolutely a deal breaker. I'm not sure why a cleaner would use anything scented in the first place, not knowing whether a client has allergies or other issues with the extremely strong smell. Disappointed, I would not use this business again. It will be at least a few weeks before this odor clears and our bedroom reeks horribly. read more

I wrote this review a year ago and never posted it because I like to take the high road, but NOW that Ali has charged mine and my husbands card for dry cleaning we have not received, it's gone too far. After what happened to us last year we would NEVER do business here again. He guaranteed us he destroyed our card info but I guess he lied. I will be going to the BBB as well. Stay far away folks! Take your business to a more organized dry cleaners. Please take my advice and take your business elsewhere! I had dropped off an item of clothing on a Monday morning, the owner said it would be ready the next day at 5 pm. Tuesday at 5 pm came and the item was not ready I understood and agreed to come back the next day, only to find out it STILL was not ready AND the poor guy in the shop couldn't even find my item! He then got on the phone with the owner and the owner told me it would be ready the NEXT morning at 10am. This is now Thursday. I now have my item, only to open it and find black stains all over! I am beyond disappointed! The item we had was for a very important interview and it was too late to find an alternative. The owner did not seem to care one bit. Very unprofessional. read more

We needed a zipper on a couch cushion fixed and they did the job for way cheaper than others were quoting us AND they took a stain out of the cushion at no extra cost. I have used Snow Cleaners several times and have been pleased with the results each time. I have taken in some lace drapes that were professionally made with intricate pleats and folds. I was not sure that they would hold up during the cleaning since they were old and had not been cleaned in many years! They turned out beautiful!! Well, they did a great job with what I asked them to do, which is why they got the second star. My issue was that I asked for one service, a bit of tailoring, and was told the cost when I dropped off the shirt. When I picked up the shirt, I was asked to pay more because they had pressed the shirt. It looked nice, but I hadn't asked for that service, hadn't been told a price including that service, and sure as heck didn't want to pay for that service. I don't appreciate being charged for things I didn't want. I definitely won't be returning. read more
