Soooo delicious!!! We went there yesterday, for the first time, for an early Father's Day dinner. We were NOT disappointed! The flavor of the seafood/seasoning was a flavor explosion in our mouths. We ordered lobster, snow crab, king crab, shrimp, mussels, and crawfish...we gobbled it all up! We chose all three flavors (Cajun, lemon pepper, scampi), because that's what they recommended, and trust me, they were RIGHT! Service was fine, but we didn't expect anything great either. The smoothies, specifically the Taro and Matcha flavors were great for dessert. We had a party of 6, so it wasn't cheap, but We will definitely be back! Disappointed! I usually enjoy these type of seafood places, with Kicking Crab being my favorite with the big menu options. The employee failed to provide us with bibs and gloves. He also just set the bag on our table instead of dumping out the bag onto the table as other reataurants do, and taking the bags away. So I had to dump out the contents onto the table myself, and was stuck with two huge messy bags on our table taking up precious space on their tiny tables. Since the apathetic employee didn't offer melted butter; I remembered the butter half way through our meal. So I asked for three butters; but he only brought two. The disposable table cloth the place on top of the table kept sliding around as they won't invest in a roll of tape. Their bathrooms need serious repair and remodeling. The toilet was loose and was rocking back and forth, no paper towels. I will never return to this place again. I almost forgot; they don't have a soda fountain with free refills. Not half bad compared to Boiling Crab. The sauce here is slightly different and more on the sweeter side. I think it works with shrimp. Highly recommend the garlic noodles; honestly much better than some upscale restaurants. If you order this, eat it first. The noodles taste way better when hot and the flavors mingle. Let me preface this by saying this is about our tenth time coming here. We have even brought parties and families here. On Friday, my husband and I were coming back from celebrating our anniversary. Our bill came to over $80 with an 18% tip for takeout!!! We got home and our food was so spicy, we couldn't even eat it. Not even my husband who likes it spicy. Again, we ATE there frequently and never has it been inedible (except for when the staff were smoking cigarettes with the doors open and the entire place stunk so we had to pack up our food Togo). I called them and they said we could have a discount "next time." Well, there will never be a next time so I sent my husband in for our money back. They refused at first and only gave $30 on $80 when we couldn't eat any of it. I literally strained it in a collider and rinsed it with water. STILL INEDIBLE. After showing them not one bite was eaten they said they asked the cooks and it's possible they put it all in one spicy bag. If I go to a store and the product is broken, I get a full refund. I couldn't even take one bite and had to eat my kids McDonalds fries on my anniversary. I have never been so disappointed. I was even told by the winery we were at prior not to eat there and I defended them. STAY FAR AWAY. Oh and we live almost an hour away!!! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. And they were so rude about making it right when we were nothing, but nice! They claim "they don't do refunds!" Again, stay away. So ghetto! read more

Would not recommend at all. I ordered snow crab legs and jumbo shrimp with sausage and corn and all of it was bad. The seafood was old and spoiled. The sausages were undercooked. The jumbo shrimp were not jumbo.. just your regular store bought type of shrimp. The snow crab was most definitely frozen not fresh and tasted awful. I eat a lot of seafood therefore I know what it's supposed to taste and look like. I would've returned my food to get a refund but the store is already closed and the is in the trash. Exemplary service by Romeo. He's welcoming and on top of it. The food is consistent in its Cajun flavors. I always make sure to visit this place at least once when I'm in the area because it saves me the trip to Orange county from when I'm craving that genre. The Cajun fries are unique. The sauce for the shrimp is good to combine with rice. Pricing and ambience is also decent. I'm really glad this location exists here. So disappointed in my visit today & will not be back. I ordered a seafood bag that contained shrimp, sausage, corn & potatoes. When I got my food I noticed right away the server did not put the correct shrimp. I asked for the jumbo shrimp that you have to peel yourself & instead I got mini shrimps that were already peeled. So I asked the server if I can exchange the shrimp for the right ones, because this is not what I asked for & the server begin to say she will be charging me an extra $16 dollars which didn't make much sense to me. I didn't eat anything in the bag and asked if they can please take everything back because it's not right. The peeled shrimp I got is not what I asked for, and why would I pay an extra $16 for the shrimp that I originally asked for. The peeled shrimp was actually a different in price, more expensive than the jumbo shrimp. The experience was not what I expected at all. The servers were rude. They don't even check on you if you wanted to order more food, wanted a refill, or even for the bill. You have to wait for someone in the front of the restaurant to help you out and it takes a while. Pricier than other places especially for Temecula where people don't really know this food exists. You should order early in the day or they will run out of crab legs on the weekends. Visiting the wineries in Temecula and wanted to eat afterwards. What an awesome surprise the food was fresh hot and delicious. We had the snow crabs with the "Full House" which is every spice in medium for spice. I am glad we erred on the side of caution because it was fairly spicy. Great service and the sauces were tasty! I went medium heat and it was spicier than I normally like, but was a great compliment to the scampi base. We got two bags: 1) mild/cajun sauce w/ jumbo shrimp, mussels, sausage and corn - they actually forgot the piece of corn :/ 2) medium/scampi w/ snow crab, mussels, clams and sausage. The crab legs were on the smaller side (not sure if that's a seasonal issue) but the mussels were plump - they and the clams were plentiful. We also ordered a peach boba smoothie (amazing & soothing for a mouth full of fire!) and a boba mango smoothie. My partner wasn't a fan of the boba but it was their first time trying it so take that for what it's worth. Snow & Crab Lounge may be brand new, but they definitely have potential. The boba in my Jasmine Tea was unfortunately undercooked, but they cooked their seafood just right. The Cajun Snow & Crab Style sauce is among the best I've tried. It burns just right at medium and has a sweet finish that is pleasantly unexpected. My Crawfish and Mussels were fresh, but there were clearly more claws than there were crawfish. We ended with Matcha Green Tea Snow to soothe the burn. I wish the green tea syrup was more evenly distributed, but it tasted okay with the green tea mochi and granola. I love the combination of two of my favorite foods, but Snow & Crab Lounge is still rough around the edges. But their food definitely has potential, and I imagine they'll iron out the little things bit by bit as they grow. read more

I think this is one of the few locations around here that offers this kind of food. I thought you'd have to go to San Diego for anything comparable. Anyway, I remember eating here with my dad once. We enjoyed it, but found the style of food quite messy, like really messy. That ultimately comes down to preference, but I get pretty weird about food that gets all over my hands and face. It's delicious, just not my thing. So, anyhow, Snow & Crab is a good location to satisfy your crab cravings (with a name like that it better!). You don't have to drive very far to get that same experience you'd get down in good old San Diego, which is a boon. read more
