She asks me questions to prompt a conversation into how to do my injections the best way for my preferred look and results. I don't always get the same number of units or put them in the same place because she helps me figure out and tweak the Botox to what I want or desire. And if I ever leave an appointment and decide I didn't get the result I wanted she always helps me figure out how to fix it. She isn't heavy handed and I always look natural while still feeling like I'm preserving my skin and youth. I still have movement in my face always. I did some research beforehand to better understand how or if LaseMD Ultra would be helpful for me personally. The event was informative, helpful and fun. I liked being able to see a live demonstration of the laser before I made a decision. LaseMD Ultra is highly effective, for those seeking noticeable improvements in skin clarity, tone, and texture without downtime. I have had sun spots and some other areas of uneven skin tone that I wanted to see evened out. The process itself only takes about 15-20 minutes after the numbing cream has set. The laser is a slightly uncomfortable sensation that I would compare to getting a tattoo, but it's temporary and the numbing cream does help considerably. Ragi walked me through the process, checking in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was okay. She also sent me home with clear instructions on how to hydrate and clean my skin and she checked in on me in the days after the treatment which is the kind of customer service I appreciate. Afterwards, my skin felt warm for a few hours. There is some redness the day of but the hot sensation and the redness subsided after a couple of hours. For the next several days there is a "sandpaper" phase. During this time the microscopic treated cells rise to the surface and naturally flake off. This is very subtle and doesn't involve heavy, dramatic peeling. What was noticeable after my first treatment was that the spots on my face from sun damage and small scars were almost completely gone! The office itself is lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming! I can't say enough good things about Injecting Confidence and Ragi! Thank you!! Ultimately, if you are looking for a highly customizable treatment that delivers a dramatic boost in radiance and an evening of skin tone with minimal interruption to your weekly routine, the LaseMD Ultra is an excellent, science-backed investment.

But I love talking to a similar soul and skincare enthusiast. Anyways at the end of the treatment she provided me with some of the samples that she used, which I think is all from Sanitas Skincare. My favorite sample was a toner she used and completely rejunvinated my skin - it was the Beta Clarifying Solution. I highly recommend her! With just one session, I already saw immediate results. Let's start with my skin condition. My problems include acne, scarring, hyperpigmentation, sun freckles, and those darn red cheeks that won't go away. What I love is that Patty takes the time to listen about your concerns and plans out the next few steps to take to help you reach your goals. She is patient and friendly and knowledgeable.
