Of course, because we had waited a week to come back they had sold all of the style we were interested in and we had to wait another week for the shipment which kind of sucked, but the manager made it worth our while. This store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful and I didn't feel like I was being pressured or hovered over to make my decisions. I would recommend this location to friends and family. We LOVE our new Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe! Even if we didn't, it's nice to know that not only does Tempurpedic have a return policy, but this store does as well, they even do trade ups if you aren't happy! Disappointing experience after a nearly $9,000 purchase…read more We purchased nearly $9,000 worth of mattresses and adjustable bases from Mattress Firm. I specifically chose Mattress Firm over a discount outlet because I expected the customer service and corporate backing of a large national retailer to be worth something if we had a problem. To be fair, Mattress Firm appears to be following the written terms of our purchase, and I'm not accusing the employees of intentionally misleading us. However, the purchase itself was confusing. Their system was having problems, we spent nearly an hour trying to complete the transaction, and near closing I was ultimately rushed through completing the purchase myself on my iPhone through a link they provided. I didn't review the final paperwork until I was home. One mattress turned out to be far too firm. We later learned that because it was classified as an "Outlet" mattress, it wasn't eligible for the normal comfort exchange. The frustrating part is that we weren't asking for a refund. We simply offered to exchange it for a more expensive brand-new mattress and pay the difference ourselves. Store management declined. Trying to escalate through corporate has also been frustrating. Their customer-service number repeatedly routed me back to the same store, and a Customer Retention case that was supposedly being "further escalated" was later closed without a disposition being communicated to me. Adding to my concerns, I later discovered an approximately $150 Payment Card Security charge in the financing that I did not understand was being added at the time. I'm separately investigating that charge, so I don't want to characterize it unfairly, but discovering it afterward certainly hasn't improved my confidence in the transaction. If I knew then what I know now, I probably would have simply purchased from a discount mattress outlet. I chose Mattress Firm because I expected the national brand to provide an additional level of support. So far, I haven't seen the benefit. If Mattress Firm ultimately provides a reasonable resolution, I'll gladly update this review.

We had previously purchased two appliances from this location and had a great overall experience…read more Unfortunately, our most recent purchase has been the complete opposite. We purchased a new dryer that was delivered and installed on a Thursday. During installation, the team accidentally broke the panel where the power cord connects. Mistakes happen, and we completely understood. We were told they would return Friday to replace the damaged part at no cost to us. Friday came, and no one contacted us. We had to call the store multiple times just to get an update. Late in the day, we were finally told someone would come Saturday to replace the part. On Saturday, they arrived with the wrong part. Again, they were apologetic and told us they had spoken with their manager and would return Monday with the correct part. Once again, we were understanding. Monday came and went with no call, no visit, and no update. I contacted the store again, only to learn they apparently believed the issue had already been resolved on Saturday. I was told they would send a message to find out what was happening. By the end of the day, I still had received no response, no status update, and no indication of when someone would actually return to repair the damage caused during the installation. My frustration is not that mistakes were made. Things go wrong. My frustration is with the complete lack of customer service, follow-up, communication, and ownership afterward. I have now spent multiple days trying to get this resolved, and there seems to be absolutely no sense of urgency from anyone at this location. At this point, I genuinely feel that if I don't continually call and pester them, nothing will happen. We have also called the company's "Presidential Hotline" multiple times and were told someone from the leadership team would contact us. It has now been three days without a response. Unfortunately, it appears the leadership team has the same sense of urgency as the rest of the organization. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing an appliance from this location. You learn a lot more about a company by how it handles problems than by how it handles transactions where everything goes perfectly. Any company can provide a good experience when nothing goes wrong. Great companies distinguish themselves by taking ownership, communicating with their customers, and quickly correcting their mistakes when something doesn't go as planned. This had always been our go-to place for purchasing appliances, but unfortunately, after this experience, that will no longer be the case. We had a brand-new dryer delivered on Thursday, and nearly five days later, we are still unable to use it because of damage caused during their installation. Despite multiple promises to correct the issue, repeated phone calls on our part, and several missed commitments, the problem remains unresolved. It is completely unacceptable that we have had to continually chase the store for updates and resolution of a problem they created. In this case, Appliance Factory gets an F--not because a part was accidentally broken, but because of how poorly they handled everything that followed.

First, I was immediately greeted by a friendly Sleep Expert named Taylor S. Second, he listened to what I was looking for and immediately had a couple options he laid out for me. There was a wide selection from value products to luxury products. There were plenty of options that fit our budget and were reasonable in price. He spoke to the pros and cons of each product and was a wealth of knowledge. Taylor was also super helpful in answering my many questions and knew the ins and outs of the business. He was like a walk encyclopedia of the products. At no time during the visit did I feel pressure to buy anything which was really nice. Third, at one point during my visit I needed some time to figure things out so I called my spouse to discuss. While he waited for me, he kindly helped another customer who had came into the store. I overheard him working with that customer, and he was just was personable and knowledgeable. Fourth, because we were purchasing items to be delivered out of state, my transaction was a little more complicated. He was super patient in working through the details and explained the whole process to me. I can't say enough good things about Taylor and Mattress Firm.
