I think this is a cool place for a sports bar in a casino. We were immediately sat on a Friday,…read morewhich is usually pretty rare. We shared the giant pretzel, nachos, and Smashburger. I usually skip the pretzel, but I'm happy we got it because it was soft and had the perfect amount of salt. The nachos and burger took a super long time to come out. I think they were waiting to bring them out together, but that just led to soggy nachos and a lukewarm burger. The chips that weren't soggy were pretty good and the added chili was good for flavor. Drinks were good! I can't remember the specific one that I got but it was Apple flavored and perfect for the fall. They serve 32 ounce beer mugs and it was hilarious next to my tiny wine glass. I would check them out again if I were in the area and looking for this kind of atmosphere.

It cost $50/hour including shoe rental. Staffing seemed sparse and it really took a while for someone to acknowledge the 2 of us, and no one at least greeted us and let us know they'd help us shortly. It was a Sunday in April and the place was about half full. There are only about 10 lanes. No one ever came over to take a drink or food order but that could've been because I exclaimed how expensive it was for one hour of bowling. According to the April Vacation Special it seemed like I should've gotten apps but all I got was bowling & shoe rental. However, we had fun. The automated scoring, pin setup, ball return were in working order. There's lots of bowling ball weights and finger hole sizes to choose from. There's a GIGANTIC TV with some seating so it was nice to catch the Bruins game after we finished bowling.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Stopped here for a drink after having dinner with friends. Thought it…read morewould be cool because of the beer list. Middle aged white haired man behind the bar is the owner. I had a beer that my friend ordered and then stepped up to the bar to order another. When I tried to order, he was immediately rude before I got 2 words out of my mouth. He started yelling (yes, yelling) at me and telling me I had to wait. I was shocked. It made no sense. When I politely asked why he was so excited, he yelled, "WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM?!?!" at me. It was obvious he had been drinking. I couldn't believe it so I quietly stepped down to the other end of the bar and ordered my beer from a female bartender who was polite. She confirmed he was the owner. I asked if he was usually rude and she made an embarrassed face at me as if to confirm that he is and to say sorry. I went back to my friends only to notice the owner kept glaring at us and saying things to other patrons who would turn and look at us. We tried to ignore him, but he started yelling "WHAT"S YOUR PROBLEM?!?" at me across the bar and then called me an asshole. We couldn't believe it. He then yelled at us to leave. I told him that I would finish my beer and go, and then the owner's son (who was also drunk) suddenly PHYSICALLY ATTACKED ME FROM BEHIND!! It was unreal. All of this spilled out into the street where the owner and his son followed us down the block with some of their friends and continued to try to engage us in a fight. Could not believe it. We had to jump in a car and leave. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place is awful. I've been all over the world and I've never seen anything like this. I read the other review on YELP where the patron recalled being treated horribly for being gay and it sounded just like what we experienced from this drunk jerk (the owner). AWFUL OWNER, AWFUL PEOPLE, AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL BAR. Do yourself a favor and don't expose yourself or your friends to this place. It's not safe and they don't deserve your money.

I wish it was closer to my house so I could hang out and uber home. Bartender was very knowledgeable about the beers which is always appreciated. After seeing what we ordered initially, he made other suggestions. This is just a bar, reminds me of somewhere old school like a dive in fishtown in Philly. They have a popcorn machine and chips, they do not serve food. They do have a stash of menus from local delivery spots and they don't care if you order food in. I hope to come back here a lot

This was a lifesaver because we were in town for an event at the Mass Mutual Center, and couldn't wait for that long. The staff at both Theodore's and Smith's were incredibly helpful and friendly. We sat at a high top, listened to some retro tunes, drank some wine and dined on incredible barbecue!! We ordered the baby back ribs and cheddar/jalapeño sausage. Both were so flavorful, juicy, and plentiful!! For the sides, my husband and I each ordered the waffle fries and the mac and cheese. The fries were crisp and the mac was creamy, even though it wasn't baked. We enjoyed their barbecue sauces and hot sauce at the table. The food definitely earned an A+. The prices were reasonable too. My husband and I are already trying to find more reasons to go up to Springfield so we can eat there. Neither of us are into billiards, but there were plenty of people playing games. Check it out!!

We entered and were immediately impressed by the decor and setting. You really feel like you entered a time capsule from a different era, everything is beautiful. We were seated in a cute little area. We ordered our drinks and we really wanted the fish chowder for our app, but they didn't have any (so disappointing). My husband decided on the chili and nothing caught my eye for an app, but I had some bites of the chili and it was very very good! For dinner my husband picked the Beef and Guinness Stew and I picked the Fish and Chips. My fish was very good, but it said it came with hand cut fries and there was no way they were hand cut, they tasted like everything other frozen fries I've had and they were really skimpy on the fries. My husband's Beef and Guinness Stew was awful, he said the meat was very grizzly and tough. We really enjoyed our experience dining in such a beautiful place, we might come back in the summer and give them another try.
