Owner word of advice. There's always 2 sides to every story and you shouldn't automatically judge…read moresomeone's together and think their problematic by the color of their skin.. (Racism). Your lack of customer service..empathy, understanding and deescalating a situation clearly shows that everyone shouldn't be a business owner and you still have lots to learn. You should definitely take a Business Management course refresher on how to respectfully treat your paying customers and run a business. Such a horrible experience on my brothers birthday. We had a group of 8 ppl excited to try this place out. As soon as we walked through the door everyone in the establishment stared at us as they whispered. The crowd was far from inviting or friendly. We approach the bar and on 2 occasions the folks playing pool told us we were in their way..(understandable..@Racks why place pool tables so close to the bar that makes it difficult for a large party to be able to order drinks??) Most of our party was able to order their drinks except for my self..my brother and a friend. A Man(brown skin) we DIDNT KNOW approached the bar and had an exchange of words with one his bartenders following up on a question he asked her to to confirm with the owner. She became flustered told him off claiming he was disrespectful etc..( this guy was by far very polite to her while I was standing there and was following up on the price of 10 shots) She DEFINITELY over reacted and made me feel very uncomfortable. She walks to the back.. at that point a friend of ours reached over to get the drink the bartender poured for him before she walked away and left us unattended wondering wth just happened. The Jameson bottle she used was empty and our friend thought it would be comical to pick up the empty Jameson bottle and make a sad face that there was no more since we needed a 2nd drink of Jameson. Bad timing to say the least..the owner/bartender approaches the bar ready for WAR! The owner points at us 4 ALL OF YOU ARE OUT OF HERE** I'm bewildered as to why he started yelling at us as if we were a problem when we we were not with the guy that the bartender had an issue with. ( PERHAPS..WAS IT BECAUSE I TOO AM BROWN SKINNED..AND WE MUST BE TOGETHER RIGHT???) At that point I gave the owner the benefit of the doubt and told him ," can I please talk to you privately its my brothers birthday and we don't know that guy". He says if its anything to do about this situation he doesn't want to hear it and we have to go!!!! I couldn't help but feel singled out and a sense of racism when he spoke and looked at us..to be quite honest this place was about 98% white..the guy at the bar (told to leave) with his friends were also colored..Come on!! I'm by far the last person to play the race card...but the way we were treated, lack of customer service or understanding from the owner screams if you're not local or their people ..YOU'RE NOT WELCOMED!! FOLKS!! dont spend your money in an establishment that lacks respect and clearly don't want you there. Don't waste your time at this place..GO TO SPARE TIME DOWN THE ROAD...We left and had an amazing time.. their bartenders and management by far were amazing and treated us great.

I'm back! I haven't been here in a couple years. The restaurant is located at 100 Buckland Hills…read moreDr. in Manchester, CT. This is a big game and sports watching value. The building is huge! For my first drink, I'm having the Reserve Old Fashioned made with Woodford Reserve bourbon, simple syrup and Hella Aromatic bitters (that's new). Hella Aromatic Bitters are craft, all-natural cocktail bitters made with real herbs and spices, featuring dominant notes of clove, cinnamon, and allspice with a robust bitter finish from gentian and wormwood. This is well balanced but without a garnish. I do like the circular ice cube. That's a nice touch. For our appetizers, we are having the Guacamole and Chips which is made with fresh guacamole topped with pico de gallo and cortina cheese and served with tortillas chips. This is very good. There's a lot of chips! We are also getting the fried pickles which are crunchy breaded pickle slices served with ranch dressing. I don't eat these very often. They are good! For my entree, I'm having the Fire-Grilled Salmon which is grilled Atlantic salmon rubbed with Louisiana spices and served with green beans, rice pilaf and finished with butter. The fish is real tasty! The rice is nice and the beans and to store ate good too!Make sure to squeeze that lemon. This is good! I'm also having a side order of fresh garden salad which is romaine topped with grape tomatoes and shredded cheese with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The salad is fairly good-sized and is quite good! For my next drink, I'm having a Godfather. The Godfather is a simple, two-ingredient cocktail made with Scotch whisky (Johnny Walker Black) and amaretto liqueur, served over ice in an Old Fashioned glass, often with an orange peel garnish. It's known for its smooth, nutty, and slightly sweet flavor, balancing the smoky notes of Scotch with the almond sweetness of amaretto. Well, there is no ice cube for some reason or a garnish for that matter. But, its tastes pretty close. For my last drink, I'm having a Jameson Long Island Tea made with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Bacardi Silver rum, Cointreau, peach, premium citrus sour and Coke. This tastes good although it's not very strong. Overall, it's still a good meal here!

We grabbed a drink and food first. I went for the danger water, which was tropical and great, and the barbacoa quesadilla which was crispy and full of meat. Our waitress was nice! There were a handful of games that glitched mid play and there's nothing you can really do about it. The games that worked were fun!
