Came here on short notice with a large group from work and quickly got a private room assigned (nice!) With a really nice dedicated waitress. She was the best part of the experience always there and making sure the team was taken care of. Ambiance was nice as well, nice wooden tables, rustic modern vibe, definitely got the upscale bar vibe going. Pricing isn't too bad, drinks are reasonable and food prices reflect an upscale bar atmosphere. A few issues though, minor and major - parking is a pain, good if they're busy but parking lot not big enough and the area isn't conducive to street parking. Never a fan of stressing about parking. Bigger issue is the food quality is very mediocre. Chicken tenders looked worse and cost more than raising canes (and weren't crispy nor full of chicken). Nachos lacked enough topping - it was like 80% chips... you can't skimp on the cheese... or the meat. Fries weren't that crispy... wings were decent but definitely not enough blue cheese for a double order (should have brought 2 or 3, not just 1). Would like to come back here if the food can match the rest of the venue.

I'm back for my last Tuesday Night Trivia of the year. The restaurant is located at 623 Main St. in…read moreManchester, CT. While technically a sports bar, the food and drink quality is way above a normal sports bar. Right off the bat they serve waters. For mg first drink, I'm having a Black Manhattan made with Elijah Craig Small Batch, Carpano Antica, black walnut bitters and filthy cherries. Filthy Black Cherries are premium, all-natural Italian Amarena cherries, slow-cooked in copper pots and widely recognized as a top-tier garnish for whiskey and tequila cocktails, such as Old Fashioneds and Manhattans. Known for a sweet-tart flavor profile, they are a favorite among professional bartenders for their firm texture and rich syrup. The Manhattan is a classic, spirit-forward cocktail made with whiskey (traditionally rye), sweet vermouth, and Angostura bitters, stirred with ice and strained into a chilled glass, typically garnished with a maraschino cherry or a lemon twist. It's known for being strong, sophisticated, and balanced, with a mix of spicy, sweet, and bitter notes. This is real good. It is nicely garnished and perfectly balanced. I think the bartender is the owner. For out first appetizer, we are getting the Fornarelli's Meatballs. These are these of their "famous" meatballs made with their signature marinara sauce with fresh basil and mozzarella. These are good! Wow! We are next getting the Onion Rings which are their signature house-made onion rings fried golden brown with chipotle aioli. Yep. These are good! I like the sauce! For our third appetizer, we are getting the Sicilian Calamari which is fresh calamari and hot cherry peppers fried with their signature marinara sauce. These are tasty! I love the sauce! Sprinkle that lemon! For my next drink, I'm having the Pearly Old Fashioned made with Maker's Mark, filthy cherries, Cara Cara orange, raw sugar and Angostura bitters. Oh yeah! This is well garnished and perfectly balanced. For my entree, I'm having the Chicken Piccata made with chicken breast sautéed with artichokes and capers in a white wine sauce and chefs choice of starch and veggies. This is delicious! I love the sauce! For dessert, I'm having the Nonna's Tiramisu. This is their authentic tiramisu recipe just like Nonna used to make! We are also getting the Covonut Gelato Truffle made with coconut gelato, mango sorbet center enrobed by chocolate and coconut flakes. This is the biggest chunk of tiramisu I've ever had! What a great meal here!

We came in as a group of six after a long day and simply asked to be seated in an empty section so we could sit comfortably together with my daughters. We were told that area was reserved only for large parties, even though it was completely empty at the time. We even offered to push together two 4-tops to make it work, but were still denied. It just felt like there was no flexibility or effort to accommodate guests, which was disappointing given the situation. Overall, not the kind of experience that makes you want to return.

Maybe as a respected establishment you should reconsider who you allow to be the face of it. There was no need for this man child to be as aggressive as he was. This situation was handled very poorly due to what seemed to be ego, poor pay, and just a complete disaster of a life. Do better You should ask your employees to provide more detail. We had a photo as the dmv confiscates the old one as they do with everyone. My wife was simply coming to watch us play pool. She had no plans to drink as she had just came from drinking with her friends ( mind you she had the same form of id there) but not the point as she wasn't even going to be consuming alcohol in your establishment.
