Got to check out the speak easy Gypsy Rose that's located in the basement of The Pearl. There's a barnyard sliding door to open to get into the speak easy bar along with a code. They do have a minimum of people they allow in and It's open Thursday -Saturday 6-11 by reservations and recommended by either calling or on-line. The woodwork is beautiful along with the lighting and every detail that was put into making this like a Harry Potter time. You have to come check this Speak Easy Gypsy Rose when you're in the area as you won't be disappointed.

Nice location, great staff, pricy but quality. Been wanting to make a stop at this location for a while. I happened to have a free weekday open for a lunch so I made the trek to give them a try. Place just opened, do it was the bartender and another patron or two. Asked for recommendations and was given their choices and the popular orders. Opted for the Mushroom Swiss burger, Tried for med rare, and asked for a meatball to try. The bartender asked their manager, and they agreed to a happy hour serving. Food came out quickly, and I took my pics and dug in, The fries could've been fried a little longer. Lightly crispy but seasoned well. The bun was butter toasted, charred slightly and the sautéed mushrooms and onions were charred and also butter sautéed. Burger patty was seasoned, more medium than med rare, but still very well cooked and prepped. They use a Piedmontese meat grind which is a bit fattier and slightly dense. As a combined bite, it was very rich and decadent. I usually prefer meat mixes rather than a singular meat type. Allows one to coax more umami out of the meat and offer differing textures. A course grind meat mix, with short rib, brisket, and chuck is very much my jam. This was high end ground beef, but was just ground meat with some binder in it to make it more solidified. To some people, it's the ideal burger. To me, it's too much richness. But it's still a tasty bite, just very heavy. The meatballs were very well done. Ragu had a strong tomato base, a couple tiny portions were tough but generally speaking the flavors were good and the texture was not overworked. I was only able to eat a small portion of the meal, so I pushed plates aside and flagged down the bartender. She immediately asked if everything was okay since I did not eat much. I explained that my body cannot handle that much food, but the meal was good and she was very pleasant. I always like it when a server shows concern for her patrons. Shows a business that cares. The price was a little high for a burger. It was a good burger, but wasn't to my preference. For the food and the service, I would be willing to go here again. It's a nice bar with good bites, and a good option for the area. Just need to find that dish that hits all the right notes to make it trek-worthy. But I'm more than willing to try.

Love the bar! Plenty of seating!

A hidden gem.. The Pearl is bringing classy back to Main Street, Manchester! We stepped in to a warm welcome by the wonderful staff--Kevin and Taylor, who were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The menu is fantastic--I highly recommend the fried shrimp, which was cooked to perfection. Their wings and chicken parm also hit the spot. I had a glass of cab after a busy weekend of doing things around the house. I'm typically not a big fan of mojitos but took a sip of the mango mojito and had to have my own! Loved it! A glass of tequila another day was oh so smooth... I also loved the charming outdoor seating area with bistro chairs. Get there early Aug 3rd to enjoy Cruisin on Main!! These seats will be amazing! Sadly, I will miss that event but August events include Paint Night and Trivia!! The name "The Pearl" resonates with significance since it's also my birthstone, adding a personal touch to this hidden gem. Highly recommend the Pearl! If you're looking for a classy spot with great food, excellent drinks, and a warm ambiance, The Pearl is definitely worth a visit!

Bar area - decent whiskey selection too!

Really 3.5 stars but I'll give it a 4 because I have no real issues to report This place will be GREAT to come back during football season. Tons of TVs, plenty of bar space, lots of drink options and the food is great! Our server was attentive and engaging. Prices are fair and there's definitely something for everyone here. Plenty of free parking on Main Street. And a speakeasy coming soon in the basement ?? Can't wait to have something like that local.

Decided to try this new restaurant in our town which it used to be Corey's Ketchup & Mustard restaurant. The new restaurant is very nice inside with great atmosphere, food and service (Zack was our server). Will definitely be back again!

We came back today as we had enjoyed our first time here. We ordered the mozzarella cheese again for an appetizer, as we loved it the first time. I had the chicken Parm sandwich which was quite large and was not soggy as some other places make them. My wife had the Cowboy Burger the other day and loved it. Today, she the Black and Blue Burger. She said it was excellent. I like salty fries, so I enjoyed those. Looking forward to coming back again. Glad to have a good place to eat and watch sports so close to home.

Pearl Sports Bar just opened. I found it to be warm and inviting. Both the customers and staff were social and friendly. The bathroom was clean, no piddle or pubes on the seat. The bar itself is unique in a good way. I recommend checking it out and searching for all the little Knick-knacks hidden in it. They may want to move the soap dispenser so excess soap doesn't drip on their millwork. Service was good. The staff was attentive and had some recommendations on what to eat. Food came out fast from the kitchen. I had the world famous meatball burger. I'm not sure how world famous it can be being that they have only been open for a short time. The burger was great, I liked it a lot. The portion was good, the meatballs were soft and seasoned well. I ate it as an open faced sandwich, it is too big to eat as a burger.

So I was super excited when I saw they were hosting a galentines day drag brunch !! The drag show was amazing !!! But I was disappointed that there was no BRUNCH food . You can't have a brunch show and no brunch . They did offer a regular menu to order from . The other problem is that there were no servers so we had to order food and go downstairs pick up our own food and. Then bring it back upstairs... which is very annoying if you are going there for a show and have to leave to get food ! Not to mention there was an issue doors were suppose to open at 10 am so we got there early to get seats settle in and order food . However the doors open well after 10:30 . And possibly an issue with the bartenders ( not being available) but they were able to figure that out thankfully by the 11 am show . So a lot of issues .. the show itself was amazing . The food was okay . I did end up getting the grilled chicken sandwich which was good ( nothing amazing ) and the fries were plain no seasoning . 3/5 for the food . The drinks were good ! I ordered the strawberrry Hugo spritz that had elderflower in it which I really enjoyed all flavours were balanced equally (4/5 ) and then I tried the peach hard palmer which I was not a fan off (3/5 ) Drag show 10/10 ! ( highly recommend ) I wish they advertised it a just a drag show and not a brunch + show ( since there was no brunch options ) ! And also a very limited Valentine's Day cocktails ( only one option of a red velvet martini) Overall fun event but need to plan events better if they do plan on hosting and consider adding food specific for the event ( or not advertise as brunch .. if you don't plan on offering brunch food ) !

Tried again, better but still lacking…read more Been a while since I've been to this location. Decided to give them another try and see if things have improved. Place was dead when I wandered in. Just myself and a couple other patrons at far sides of the place. Bartender was playing waitress as well. Very nice but very casual. Opted for their fruit juice mocktail and the jammin burger with loaded fries. Food and drink came out quick, so I took my pics and dug in. The mocktail was pretty much orange and pineapple juice with a fruit garnish. It was fine for what you got, and the price was reasonable at 4 bucks. Nothing special, but something to sip on if you're with company. The burger was executed flawlessly. Cooked well, not seasoned but done so with intention. The buttered bun and jam were salty to begin with, so they chose to unseason the burger, relying on the condiments to balance the dish out. The chef has skill, and you can tell it by their preparation. The trouble was the quality of the ingredients. The burger is straight ground meat, pressed to a patty and frozen. The chef did what they could to gussy up the burger, but was working with ingredients they could not control. When they had control in the ingredients and preparation, they put in care. The actual burger patty was very much the biggest detriment to the dish. The fries were good, cheap cheese and bagged fries but ample amounts of toppings and cooked perfectly. Good, but there's evidence that there could be something better. As a chain location tied to a bowling alley, it's perfectly fine pub bites. The servers are nice, but I feel that the chef is constrained. If given the opportunity, the chef could produce some magic on the plates. but they are stuck to the playbook, the source ingredients and the margins they need to stay in. That cheapens the food to cookie cutter molds and is a crying shame. The foods acceptable, the staff is good, and the venue is clean. One day I hope they can shed the chain and let the chef take the wheel. till then though, it's okay

Server showed up quickly and took our drink orders. Menu is extensive and should provide plenty of options for everyone. (Pictures of menu included here) We ordered the 5 ounce burger with cheese and fries and the Texas hold em burger with bacon minus tomato and lettuce and fries and the French onion soup. There was a short wait till the soup came out. Nicely covered with melted cheese on top. The soup was good but didn't have the depth of beef flavor and spice texture that I was looking for. There plenty of onions, croutons, and cheese and overall it was okay. The burgers were well cooked and flavorful. They offered two sizes of their standard burgers, 5 or 8 ounces. The smaller size was just right for the person I was with. The cheese seemed to melt into the burger so it wasn't really visible. The hold em burger was large and had onion straws and three slices of very crispy bacon on top. There was a dollop of the bbq/house dressing and plenty of onions straws. The straws were nicely fried but not crispy by the time they reached the table but added a good dimension to the burger. It was good to leave the tomato and lettuce off as the height of the burger made it tough to bite into. The fries were disappointing. They had the right color for being fried and crispy but they were limp and soft. They are clearly are fresh cut from large potatoes but really need to be fried longer to get that crispy crunch you'd expect. Told the server that and was told to ask for the fries extra crispy. Overall not a bad first trip. We'll go back and try some other things on the menu and see what extra crispy fries are like.

This is made with Altos Plata Tequila, Malibu Coconut Rum, Absolute Mandarin Vodka, Bols Peach Schnapps, Bols Blue Curaçao, Monin Sweet and Sour, pineapple juice and Starry. I love the prevention! It is served in a bathtub with a floating ducky! This is good. I can't really taste the alcohol but I like the overall taste. The presentation makes the drink. For our appetizer, we are having the Chicken Pot Stickers which are pan-seared filled dumplings, garlic, ginger, yellow chives, soy ginger sauce and slaw topped with rice sticks, sesame seeds and green onions. These are nice! Extra soy sauce and a rice stick topping. For my next drink, I'm having the Grand Patron Margarita made with Patron Silver, fresh orange and lime slices and topped with a mini bottle of Grand Marnier. Grand Marnier is a premium French orange liqueur made from a blend of Cognac brandy, distilled essence of bitter orange, and sugar, created in 1880 by Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle. It has a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of orange, vanilla, and hazelnut, and is typically 40% ABV (80 proof). It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, in cocktails like the Sidecar, or used in desserts like Crêpes Suzette. They use a thinner salt for the rim. Still hard to taste the alcohol (because of the size of the glass), but as I drink it, the Grand Marnier kicks in! These more like it! For my next item, I'm having the Soup (clam chowder) and Salad Combo (House). The soup is hot and comes with crackers. It's good! The salad is good sized with croutons, it is very good! For my entree, I'm having the Enlightened Cherry Chipotle Glazed Salmon which is oven roasted Atlantic salmon in a savory Cherry Chipotle glaze with roasted asparagus and spinach. This is dipped hot! It tastes great! Very unique! Nice presentation! I love it! For my last drink, I'm having the Woodford Reserve Old Fashioned made with Woodford Reserve bourbon, simple syrup and Angostura bitters. Look at this! They use a large ice cube to slow the dilution process! It's nicely garnished and well-balanced. This tastes great! Good job! For dessert, I'm having one of their World Famous Pizookies - Strawberry Shortcake. This is a buttery sugar cookie, fresh strawberries, rich vanilla bean ice cream and whipped cream. It's known for its tart, fruity, and slightly sweet flavor profile, often garnished with an orange twist. While served in a martini glass, it's not a true martini as it lacks vermouth. The drink has nice presentation, chilled, garnished and well-balanced. For my first food item, I'm having a Chef's Salad. A chef salad is a hearty American main-course salad with a base of lettuce topped with various ingredients like hard-boiled eggs, one or more meats (such as ham, turkey, or chicken), cheese, tomatoes, and cucumbers, often with croutons and a vinaigrette or ranch dressing. I am having vinaigrette for my dressing. Oh yeah! Nice restating! This is good! I see romaine lettuce, olives, eggs, turkey, ham, canned green and red peppers, pepperoni, cheese, picked onions, cucumbers, etc. It's a big portion size for $7! For my next food item, I'm having the (1/2 lb) Mussels. Mussels are a popular, sustainable, and nutritious seafood known for their briny flavor, often served steamed in broth with wine, garlic, and herbs, and paired with crusty bread. They are filter feeders, rich in protein, omega-3s, and vitamin B12, and are farmed responsibly, making them an environmentally friendly choice that improves water quality. These are good you. Bogner Quality Meats in Manchester, CT, offers a selection of premium, house-made hot dogs and franks, featuring all-beef skinless, natural casing, and kielbasa dogs. Known for high-quality meats since 1942, they also offer bulk 5 lb packages, perfect for grilling, along with a full service butcher counter. I only get to eat this kind twice a year! This is all beef and locally made. What's better than this?! This is great!!! Love that pickle and those thick kettle chips! For my second drink, I'm having a margarita. A Margarita is a classic cocktail made with tequila, orange liqueur (like Cointreau or triple sec), and lime juice, often served in a salt-rimmed glass with a lime wedge garnish. It can be served shaken and "on the rocks" (with ice), blended with ice, or straight up, and variations include different tequilas (like reposado) or sweeteners like agave syrup. No margarita glass or sake/sugar rim but it is nicely garnished and tastes good. The floating orange is odd. Still, it's quite good! For my next food item, I'm having the Geno's Meatballs. Gino D'Acampo's traditional meatball recipe features a mix of minced pork and beef, soaked bread, egg, pecorino cheese, and parsley, typically simmered in a simple tomato sauce. For best results, brown the meatballs in olive oil, then simmer slowly for at least 30 minutes to two hours for a rich flavor. I like the cheese strips on top. Lots of sauce! These taste great! For my last drink, I'm having a Vodka Mule. A Moscow Mule is a refreshing, vodka-based cocktail made with lime juice and spicy ginger beer, traditionally served in a copper mug which keeps it extra cold. To make one, combine vodka, fresh lime juice, and ice in a mug, then top with chilled ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge or wheel. It's a simple, no-shaker-needed drink that's popular for its balance of spicy, sweet, and tart flavors. I like the copper mug! It's chilled, nicely garnished and well balanced. Has garlic Mayo but the garlic is so overpowering you can't taste anything else but garlic and grease . The fried chicken was SO greasy it made the hoagie bread soggy and was SO thin ! It was fried so hard it made the chicken inedible.Very Wilted lettuce and tomatoes .The chicken was also so thin and fried sI also ordered it with fries and the fries were just thrown in a brown paper lunch bag instead of any packaging . The grease from the fries soaked the bag. For $20 each meal - I will not revisit .
