The directions brings you to theback parking lot and if you don't know the area, you don't even see the place. Luckily we decided to park and walk around and saw the A frame sign and walked over and found them. We noticed it was a pretty popular place especially at lunchtime, which was a great sign. I saw three different sheriff's cars pull up and the guys came and get their lunch and drove off. Service was fast and the food was amazing! This sourdough was scrumptious and the 1/2 grilled cheese with our soup was the best I have ever had away from home. We both opted for a 8oz clam chowder I had mine with two slices of sourdough (how it comes) and hubby upsized to a full grilled cheese sandwich and we 1/2'd the sandwich and bread. It's a walk up line to counter and they bring out to you at your table when ready or call your name for to go orders. We really enjoyed Valencia and so glad we found the place.

Food brought to our table wasn't correct. Guess they have new people starting there. Saw the Mgr apologizing to next table for getting their order wrong. Once we received what we had ordered, it was fine. I had a soup in bread bowl, my wife had grilled cheese. A couple suggestions to make this restaurant better... More sandwich choices than just grilled cheese. Your bread is good. So show it off with ham, turkey etc with flavorful spreads. Warm the bread bowls up before serving. This would make a big difference.

This was really bad. I took my two kids, the three of us absolutely love ramen and we're visiting…read morerexburg and thought we'd give it a try. We ordered two miso ramens and a garlic ramen and were severely disappointed. I don't know how they are making their ramen. It it is not tradition ramen - both the miso and garlic ramen were meant to be a tonkatsu base - I'm pretty sure they either left it out of my order entirely or they are using a shortcut to make the broth or packets? I was literally eating hot water with a garlic sauce in it. The noodle were processed to hell and overcooked... at least the gyoza in the ramen was okay - I'm assuming they got those from Costco. The takoyaki was okay as well. The tonkatsu was overcooked. The ramen was severely unbalanced and not a cohesive flavor. So I rarely complain - I dont want to be a Karen but in this instance I did ask the server if perhaps something was missing in the ramen (I was assuming tare or they forgot the tonkatsu). They looked at me confused saying they could remake it but that's how the order should have come. I was shocked - I'm sure if anyone sipped that broth they'd agree they can't sell that. It was also like 50 degrees in the restaurant, I didn't mind but my daughter was cold. The building is really dirty - like it's fine if it's an old building but in this case you can tell they don't care. Honestly if I could give zero stars if I could - these guys do deserve anyone's money at this time until an owner of someone with some real experience takes over. Very disappointed.

It didn't taste good. Soups should be hot but it was not hot at all. I was not satisfied at all.read more

A Rexburg hole in the wall. Located on Rexburg Main St, you can miss it even if you are trying to…read morefind it. I have never been inside the location, just used the drive through. There normally isn't a line, and if there is, the service is pretty quick. All of the food is good and authentic. They do use more potatoes/fries than normal - but hey! It's Idaho! My favorite thing to get is the Carne Asada fries. Base layer of fries, slices of Carne Asada, sour cream, onions & tomatoes. It is a popular rexburg favorite. I love heat so I add hot sauce when I get home. I'll also throw in a Horchata and a few churros ($1 each). My biggest observations are; 1. The Carne Asada was a bit fatty this last time I went. My husband didn't think it was a problem, so maybe it was just me. 7/10 2. The Horchata was just watered down for my taste. Still tasted amazing! I give it 8/10. 3. CHURROS ARE PERFECT! 10/10 Overall, short a star- it wasn't perfect, but still a favorite, we will be going back soon.

I had to wait for forever, but none the less I really felt like Mexican food so I waited. finally I was able to order, all I wanted was just a normal enchilada with green sauce. after paying feeling and feeling like I just got robbed. I received my food went to sit down at one of the only open tables, only to find out this place must employ children because this table looked as if a 3 year old wiped it down. so I went to my car to eat my enchilada, and right as I take my first bite I thought the 3 year old also cooked my food. I know its a Mexican restaurant but I didn't think they would actually serve me dog meat because that's what it tasted like. never eat Mexican food agin barf.
