The pizza is very flavorful without being greasy. They really mastered the pizza truck! I felt like I had ordered a pizza off of a fancy Italian restaurant.

I do applaud B&J's for trying something different by making marshmallow the base flavor, but I think gobs of marshmallow cream would have been better (like in "Phish Food"). I'm happy to report the fudge flakes are not overly bitter and add a satisfying textural contrast to the creamy ice cream. It would be nice if the graham cracker swirl (which is almost impossible to see in the pics) was more abundant (Gimme S'more!), but when you do manage to get the graham cracker swirl into a bite it provides a welcome burst of flavor that sets this flavor apart and brings you right to a campfire. Not only was this kind, the empanadas were absolutely incredible. I really love that you can dine in and order them fresh, or get them frozen to enjoy later in the week. The dining area is small but clean. Since these are pretty small bites the need for space isn't really a problem. If you love empanadas or churros and are in the area, be sure to check out these two amazing businesses next door to each other.
