The pint contains toasted marshmallow ice cream with chocolate cookie swirls, graham cracker swirls, and fudge flakes. The marshmallow flavor is somewhat subtle and easily overpowered by the chocolate cookie pieces, fudge flakes, and graham cracker swirl. I do applaud B&J's for trying something different by making marshmallow the base flavor, but I think gobs of marshmallow cream would have been better (like in "Phish Food"). I'm happy to report the fudge flakes are not overly bitter and add a satisfying textural contrast to the creamy ice cream. It would be nice if the graham cracker swirl (which is almost impossible to see in the pics) was more abundant (Gimme S'more!), but when you do manage to get the graham cracker swirl into a bite it provides a welcome burst of flavor that sets this flavor apart and brings you right to a campfire. It was from a promotion on their social media page. -arancini 5 - these are the best ones I've had. We got meat instead of cheese. They are crunchy and filled with meat and risotto. It was a wonderful flavor profile that really upgraded the typical turkey dog. The meal price was decent and the sides were also delish. I wasn't sure where I could find the food truck and other events, but I was excited to learn that they cater! I see a few turkey dog events in my future :)

We went in for the second time to order some frozen empanadas and two chocolate churros to go, and while we were waiting, he gave us two buffalo chicken empanadas because he ''made too many". Not only was this kind, the empanadas were absolutely incredible. I really love that you can dine in and order them fresh, or get them frozen to enjoy later in the week. The dining area is small but clean. Since these are pretty small bites the need for space isn't really a problem. If you love empanadas or churros and are in the area, be sure to check out these two amazing businesses next door to each other.
