I've been here many times at this point. The food is always good, the people who work there do a great job, and my order always comes out the way I wanted. I don't know what else I could ask for. Absolutely some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I started with the eggplant parm - delish. Then the meatball - big wow. And most recently, the BBQ Brisket. As someone who has been the victim of identity theft I'd rather pay in cash, plus Snarf's is often an impulse purchase, not something I plan ahead of time. I appreciate the response though. Original review: If you have lots of time to kill then this is the place for you! I ordered a salad for lunch today and waited a half hour for it to be prepared. Unfortunately with the wrong dressing, and this is not the first or even second time this has Other than the painfully slow service they make good sandwiches on par with other Snarf's locations in the area. The prime rib and hot brisket sandwiches are especially good and the hot peppers are a great addition. Just don't stop by during the lunch rush if you are on a schedule and short on time as you will be waiting awhile for your order. read more

This place consistently makes orders wrong. Just got home with my order tonight and my salad was missing one of the ingredients. Also, the avocado on the salad still had the skin on it. Last time my family went in to pick up dinner, all three of the sandwiches were missing ingredients or on the wrong bread. I actually cannot remember the last time we received an order that was correct. When you go to get your order corrected or call in, it is painstaking dealing with the super stoned staff. I get it, I used to work in food service, but you still have to be able to put food out and talk to the customers. This location is also extremely slow. Tonight we ordered ahead and went in to pick up the order at the time they said it would be ready and waited another 20 minutes for it to come up. When ordering delivery the orders usually take at least one hour. One time, it was delivered to the wrong address and we never received it. Two other times after an hour I called in and they said they had no record of the order even though it charged my card. Another time when we went into the store to order, we ordered a shake with our sandwiches. After waiting 30 minutes for the shake, we had to ask them to make it. They said they were busy and couldn't make it. I told them I paid for it and would still like to receive it, so they made it which still somehow took another 10 minutes. We used to order about once a week, because the sandwiches and salads are really good, but now we rarely go in. We have had so many ridiculously long waits, cold sandwiches, deliveries that never show up, sandwiches made wrong. It's completely out of control. I keep giving them one more try, but tonight was totally unsatisfying and didn't really feel worth the money spent. The bad reviews on here are all totally legit. They really need to work on training their employees and customer service. It's bad. It's to the point where I feel stupid for giving them so many tries to get it right. LOL read more

I'm sitting here writing this dipping my French Dip sandwich into a water cup. Why? More on this in a bit. It took effort not to give this location 1 star. I've eaten here at least a dozen times, along with my colleagues where we work across the street. More than half my orders over the past year have been wrong. Making a mistake once in a blue moon is totally fine, but sitting around a 60% mistake average is ridiculous. I get the whole stoner vibe here but it's actually super annoying to pay someone to make something and they're too stoned or dopey to follow directions. It's got to the point where we all just expect things to be totally messed up. But it's not cute anymore. If I was the owner I'd clean house. Hire motivated, sober employees who take pride in doing a good job. I'd clean up every hour (the tables and floor are filthy) and ensure quality control in the food. This is your business. Not some charity event. Oh, about my sandwich.... ordered a French onion to-go. When I went to pick it up I asked for the dip. The girl nonchalantly says, "oh we don't have any cups for it". So I ask how am I supposed to eat a French Dip? She said I could put it in a water cup. Nice work Snarfs! read more

I order from here (embarrassingly) frequently because it's near my neighborhood and convenient. The thing that really makes me think that this place deserves five stars is how friendly, kind, and accommodating all of their employees are. Every once in a while, like today, my sandwich will be made with an ingredient I asked them to leave off, or vice versa. They have always been happy to re-make the sandwich for me in a timely manner, and are always very nice about it. As someone with experience in the service industry, I hate being that person to complain, but I just can't power through a sandwich that contains an ingredient I don't like, so I really appreciate their kindness and good attitude in re-making my order when mistakes happen. More than half the time I get my sandwich it is made wrong. Right now is the perfect example. I asked for no mayo, mustard or hot peppers. The only toppings on the sandwich are mayo mustard and hot peppers. They closed 10 mins ago and I am now stuck with literally the worst sandwich I could have asked for. I will say that everyone in there is super nice and the service is pretty quick. Every 3 out of 10 sandwiches are spot on but that is too low of an average when all they do are sandwiches. Doesn't seem like there is much of a standard. Honestly the hardest thing about this place is how good their food is when it is made right. When it doesn't hit that mark it really is a disappointment. Especially when I am paying $10+ for a 7" sub. It should be just about perfect every time or I might as well go to Subway. I'm not sure how to rate this place. I'll start with something positive and say my sandwich was good. The bread was good, overall a decent sandwich. I have 2 issues with this place and it's why I won't go back. 1. They charge $3 extra for Gluten Free. That seems outlandish to me. I'm open to listening if there is a valid reason for this, other than just taking advantage.... 2. The meat they use is not quality. It contains nitrates that I typically avoid, we all should. I come back for the sandwiches but as many of the reviewers indicate, this place is agonizingly slow, even when no one is in the restaurant. it's also 50/50 that they'll get your order right. During our most recent visit, we ordered our sandwiches online hoping it would speed up the process. It didn't. Fifty minutes later we finally got our order. Foolishly, we didn't check the sandwiches until we got home only to find they got the order seriously wrong (wrong sandwiches, wrong condiments). I ordered the steak and provolone cheese sandwich with onions and mushrooms to go. The order was ready within 5 min and I was greeted by a nice Bostonian cashier who claimed I had ordered the best on the menu. The sandwich was alright but the steak was a little tough in my opinion. Also the bread added to the dryness of the sandwich. I ordered wheat bread but it kinda felt like I was eating cardboard. Not sure I'm sold considering the number of sandwich places in town. Be patient for a sandwich this good! Having regularly visited Parisi's bakery in NYC I'm a spoiled eater. But this is hands down the best sandwich out here in the west. They have the BEST BREAD, and that's where to start when making a fricken sandwich. So many shops here in Colorado cant seem to figure this out. I call these crack sandwiches because I can't help but go back every week. Not just the because of the bread , they actually fill the sandwich and toast it. The hot pepper topping is super yummy too. First let's start with the basics, ordered online (which was super easy, even tho i don't really trust internet ordering), i asked for extra meat and a friendly employee called me to inform me that it would be $1.50 extra, but online ordering doesn't pick that up. So i paid over the phone for the extra, easy peasy. Delivery was quicker than expected, the driver was just over the top friendly and seemed to be enjoying himself. Positivity, it's contagious! I got something from the 'off the menu' menu and as usual it was freaking tasty (something something club). Toasted bread was on point, and the extras were not falling out of the sammy. All good proportions and was possible to eat without a fork to scrape up the deserting ingredients. Now onto the nuances. I made a terrible mistake. The double meat. At the *&#% sandwich stores double meat usually = normal east coast amount of meat. Not this time... oh no not this time. So this off the menu club already comes with double bacon... so i can only assume was the entire core of this megalith meat-beast was just pure bacon. Every bite... bacon... and turkey, potentially an entire turkey. I can't be sure because there were no bones.... but it sure felt like they stripped an entire turkey of the good meat and wrapped it around 4 lbs of bacon.... the fit it somehow in this meat submarine. Then ham.... you thought it was just turkey? God no. So we have a full pigs worth of ham and bacon, soaked in an entire turkey.... then layered with peppers, pickles, tomatoes and by using some kind of wizardry they fit the damn thing inside of a roll. I ate half the sandwich, started sweating. It was after 12 so i felt okay with getting a beer to help me handle what i had just ingested. I laid on my couch and watched some re-runs of Parks and Rec... sipping this beer and trying not to burp up an entire pork belly. Thankfully, pot is legal here in Colorado. So i indulged in such recreation, to try and settle my gluttony based self torture. It worked! Within half an hour i was ready to just take one more tiny bite...... i ate the entire other half of the sandwich. Now i have migrated from the couch, to bed. It's 5pm. Im stoned, have three beers in me. A small startup farms worth of livestock digesting, and i think i may pass away. 10/10 would do it again. Keep up the good work. Was working by this place and thought we would give it a try. I was very impressed with the food! They have a big selection of sandwiches and salads and even stuff not on their main menu is available, like a buffalo chicken sandwich and Philly cheese steak. And they have habanero topping as a condiment if you want it on the side. I tried that and liked it. Whenever I'm near a Snarf's sandwich shop I'll make sure I stop in and grab a sandwich.
