The "spring greens" this time of year has specialties I cannot duplicate in a grocery store as their greens come from local gardens where they have access. Besides these ready to eat items, for in house or take out, there are plenty of fresh meat options at the butcher counter and specialty prepared meat items like the lamb meatballs with Spanish seasonings, ready to cook and in the freezer case.
