They responded to my email very promptly and resolved the issue. Plus, I love their products.

I've been buying all my meat from Wild Pastures for a year and love it. All the meat is fresh and tastes wonderful. It arrives at your door cold and air sealed. There are countless selections to choose from. I also appreciate that they keep you well informed so I always know when my meat will arrive. I highly recommend this company. read more

Contacting support is slow. My meat arrived spoiled. You can't call them, they only deal with email. I emailed on September 4 and didn't hear back until September 9. They did give me a refund though. read more

Great customer service ! Best of all, great steaks !! Wild Pastures is the one of the few ways to eat healthy meat ! read more

This was my first time ordering from Wild Pastures. I wrote an email to customer service because it took nearly two weeks for the order to arrive. I was informed that orders are processed on the business week following the order placement. I placed it on Saturday. The day I received the reply email my order showed up. I made some Buffalo wings with the chicken and they were the best results from my original Anchor Bar recipe that I have ever had! They were moist, very tasty and delicious! Customer service was prompt in their reply to my email, the products are tasty and high quality adding to my enjoyment of the healthy meals I prepare at home. read more

Wild Pastures was quick to respond and answered with great detail to the questions I had. I currently buy from their sister company, Paleo Valley, and love their products. I am looking forward to our order and hoping to use them for our meat products going forward. read more

The meat is of high quality for taste. I have given taste tests to family and friends, and they notice the difference. The animals are raised on natural sources, not on factory farms. The company responds to personal emails. read more

I bought a small package of the meats, chicken, ground beef, ground, chicken, stew, beef, and steak. I was questioning the packaging because my ground beef leaked blood all over the refrigerator. I emailed but did not get a reply. I also emailed about the stakes being frozen together and therefore me as a one person family couldn't just cook one steak. I don't think the meat tasted any better than the store-bought meat. read more

I received my shipment on Thursday 9/10/2026 and it was well secured with ice packs and the products were still frozen. I am happy with the amount of time it took to receive my items and the quality of the products are very good. Haven't cooked anything yet, but I will inform you of the cooking and quality of said meat choice. read more

Have been using them for over a year. We are pleased with chicken products (wish boneless skinless chicken thighs were an option). We don't buy red meat here as there is very little fat thus little flavor. They have always delivered well frozen product and quick to fix any issues, which are rare. Friendly staff! read more

Love everything I ordered from wild pasture it's so good and healthy and fresh. No more shopping for my meat at the store. Thank you can't wait for my next order. read more

I love the mission and model of Wild Pastures. So I signed up for a subscription, and received my first order in a timely fashion and it was packaged well. The chicken and meat I got was very good (beef not "great"), but I was still in to continue the journey. That is until I went to customize my next box order. The interface is really clunky and non-intuitive. Being unable to delete items even though I was exceeding the original box $dollar amount. I appreciate that this is probably a small business that is coordinating a lot with their various suppliers. And I want them to be successful. I just need a really easy and far more flexible web/cart experience to earn my trust for being a subscriber. So I cancelled my subscription. But saying that, I still see myself using them as they had a ton of unique cuts like oxtail (for my husbands favorite Osso Bucco), beef bacon (haven tried it yet but I'm excited to). read more

great food and service nothing about the restraunt itself. ordering pick up should not cost 12,5% more though

Wild Pastures has some of the best meat around, and their customer service is top notch! I've been on quarterly delivery for almost three years and peace of mind is what they give me. I won't eat pork from anywhere else! (NO nasty injections!) You can trust Wild Pastures. Recommend!! read more

Excellent customer support. I made a mistake with my order - and it was going to shipped to an address where nobody was going to be able to accept delivery. In addition, I didn't notice my mistake until it was technically outrode of the window for allowing changes. But I thought I'd ask - figuring I had nothing to lose by asking. The Wild Pastures customer support representative responded almost immediately to my email - and was able to stop delivery of my order and refund my account (even though it was MY mistake!) Thank you. read more

Very pleased! I splurged on this because shopping at BigBox stores didn't feel safe. Wild Pastures has options of what to order and frequency of shipping, and easy to order. Top notch quality, fresh & clean, well packaged and clearly labeled. SO good! The customer service is terrific. I feel much better ordering from highly principled people, so much better than big industrial places. read more

I have been a customer of Wild Pastures for many years. Their selection just keeps getting better and we enjoy the taste and the quality so much! It is so easy to change up my order to keep variety and their customer service is superior. In six years, I have had a single issue and it was resolved literally overnight! The best part is knowing we are consuming food that is clean and that we can trust! read more

Great customer service and good quality products. Everyone's looking to eat healthy as much as possible. I did ask for a change and I didn't get the impression they tried their best to make the change, but overall the meat quality I received had been good. read more

I am satisfied with the high quality of meat and the prompt and sincere response of customer service. I recommend it to people like me who are particular about deliciousness and those who like safe meat.Since it is frozen, it is recommended to put it on a tray and thaw it, as the gravy may sometimes leak when thawing. read more

I've never been disappointed in Wild Pastures. Even when a box was delayed by shipping, they made it right.

I began searching for free range meats about three years ago and I didn't want to have to sign up for a beef, pork, chicken site so being able to have one account for all types of meat and seafood is perfect. I also never found a place that offered such a nice variety of meats and seafood all in one stop shopping. I am on my third auto ship and couldn't be happier with the quality of the food and the ease of ordering. You can customize your box which has been very beneficial for us and it's fun to explore different cuts of meat or seafood etc. The shipping and packaging couldn't be better. They have arrived on time and I was extremely impressed with the insulation in the box. It was amazing. Everything was frozen as solid as if I had just taken it out out of my deep freeze. We haven't tried everything we have purchased But I will say that what we have eaten just seems to be cleaner and more flavorful. This month I had a question about changing my order and customer service got to me quickly and answered my question quickly and efficiently. The quality of meats from what we have tried so far has been excellent and it's so good to know that these are animals that are raised humanely. With so many meat packaging companies having been sold to overseas owners, it's a great feeling to know that food from WildPastures comes from Americans, raised ethically on American soil. I just wish I had found them years ago! read more

I've been ordering from Wild Pastures monthly for almost 2-years now and I'd say their meat quality is Great and Customer Service is Excellent! There have been a few packaging issues caused by the dry ice BUT the Wild Pastures team has always communicated with me quickly to find a reasonable solution-- and that's improtant with any business. - I Definitely Recommend this place for product quality and outstanding customer service! read more

This is my third order so far. I'm pleased with the quality. Quick response to issues and always willing to compensate.

Was notified of my shipment (day after changes allowed) and it was hard to figure out how to contact them via website. I clicked on 'contact' looked at nearly all tabs, finally got a chat up and then waited about 30 minutes.........but was able to make ship date change and was treated very courteously. Other than the difficulty in making contact, and the late order processing email, it was a good interaction. read more

The products are fabulous; Wild Pastures tells you what a wonderful organization they are. I had a question and the representative was kind, listened well and answered my questions. The service and the products are top of the line! No antibiotics, animals get to be out in Wild Pastures. I can say that I would love to recommend them to anyone who is interested in a very healthy product with great service. My box was insulated and all of my products were still frozen when I unpacked them. Please give them a try, you will love the experience and the food! read more

Customer service is outstanding!!! Prices are so reasonable & to be able to get organic & grass fed delivered to your door-just can't beat that!!! Strips, filets, pot roast, flank, wild sockeye, chicken & that barely touches the selection! Love it, fan for life!! read more

I tried a local grass fed farm the the meat simply did not have the flavor or texture of Wild Pastures, so I came back. Couple that with the amazing Customer Service and this girl is one happy camper. read more

The meat is top quality, and my family cantaste the difference. My son said it was the best-tasting ground chicken they've ever had. The beef is also excellent. There are so many ways to customize shipments to include a variety of meats in a variety of cuts. And customer service is outstanding. read more

I'm just using the last of my cancelled wild pastures meat tonight. As another reviewer noted, it seems the vacuum sealing isn't great, but since there is no use by date on the package, I don't know if that was the problem. I keep quite a lot of food in my freezer and the lack of date is ultimately what made me stop my subscription. I have to cycle what I have! They told me it was labeled with a code by industry standards but at least 2 packages I had at the time they told me that had no numbers, lots, or any sort of label other than the outside telling me what it was. Now obviously if vacuum seal fails, the meat is freezer burned. Some of the beef cuts I got were quite tough. I just attributed that to grass fed? Though bison is grass fed and not usually that tough. Even young venison is not as tough as the strip steak I had. It's a great concept and food arrived fine and I'm sure much healthier than grocery store, but ultimately I simply MUST have a date on my food. Especially for the prices that are charged. I do support local farmers. I just do it in person now. read more

We really like the meat we get from Wild Pastures. And their customer service is excellent. They are very responsive to any questions and communications that we have. Their website is easy to use and provides a lot of choices. We always have the option (though we've never used it) to delay or reschedule our orders. The meat arrives in good condition and is still frozen solid--even here in the deep South. I've recommended Wild Pastures to many of my friends who are looking for grass fed meat with no added chemicals. read more

I ordered wild pastures and forgot to check the delivery date. I ordered saw the date overlaps my vacation. I asked them to hold my shipment until 1 week later. They did just that. No questions no issue....Great that a company will work with you and not charge you. read more

These guys are amazing. When ever there has been an issue with shipping these guys have stepped up to make sure we're were satisfied. Not only do we have boxes shipped to us at home, but we also send monthly boxes to our two young adult sons. The variety and flexibility of what is available is un matched. I compared Wild Pastures to 5 other brands twice now. They won. Oth time hands down. Price and variety of proteins was the biggest difference. We appreciate their customer service as much as their product. read more

I was dubious when placing my first order. Now, I'm sold on grass-fed, hormone-free, antibiotic free, family ranche raised meats delivered to my front door. Shipping has been good. The orders have been filled accurately. I'm pleased with the quality of the meat. I want to support regenerative farming and small family farms and eat healthy at the same time. read more
