The food was very good and it was delivered promptly. The price was very good and I like that there are no antibiotics and the food is very healthy. read more

I've been getting Wild Pastures meat delivered for about 8 months now. We have been pleased with the quality of the meats, and are proud to support small local farms where animals are treated humanely. This is how farming should be. And the customizing, and deliveries, are just what we need. read more

The meat is good but a little learning experience on the best way to cook some pieces of meat. They are understanding and forgiving of a mistake I made and have made an effort to make my mistake right without penalizing me. Much appreciated!! Thanks read more

I have ordered from several farms. But I truly like Wild Pastures the most. The beef, chicken and pork always taste fresh and are packaged extremely well and with clear labeling. I love the variety of cuts offered. But the best thing is the flexibility to change, add, or subtract from the order. I love being able to swap out cuts and meat type for something else for any given monthly delivery. I'm not locked into the same cuts month after month. The deliveries are prompt and arrive nicely frozen. The customer service is responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this company. There are many out there. Many new ones. But having tried at least 1/2 dozen of them, this one is the best. read more

For me, it's all about quality AND customer service. Wild Pastures consistently rates the best on both. Plus, they pack the boxes so efficiently, so I am getting one neatly packed box (instead to two disheveled boxes that I receive from a different source). Wild Pastures is my favorite supplier of high quality meat for sure. read more

After trying other companies I really love Wild Pastures. Great quality food, awesome customer service.

There was quite a mix-up with my order and it took quite a few tries to get it straightened out but, in the end, all was resolved positively. The beef I've purchased is good, minus the few chunky bits of grizzle that I've found when chewing. The prices jumped significantly since I began this service over six years ago but, I guess that's to be expected. Delivery right to my home is a wonderful perk! read more

Products are fantastic! Offers are great and customer is able to adjust the orders and timing of delivery. Great customer service also.

The packaging was not sealed correctly, so the meat was rotten or freezer burned in my fridge. I brought this to their attention, including pictures, and they refused to refund or replace it. Don't buy it! read more

We have been Wild Pastures clients through several orders now. Every product that we've tried has been exceptional! Delivery is perfect, sizing of each item is very convenient, the capability to customize each order is very flexible and customer service is exemplary! I strongly recommend Wild Pastures! read more

All of the meat is high quality and I love how Wild Pastures does business and how they farm the animals. Customer Service is always very helpful and quick with their response. I have been a customer for many years and will be for the future! read more

I've been buying their amazing meat for a couple years now. My daughter has histimine intolerance so needs her meat as fresh as possible and Wild Pastures delivers that for us. Also, beef bacon! I had never heard of it. Wow, what a product. We cook the bacon and then cook whatever other meat we're having, in the bacon grease. Absolutely fantastic and every bite is delicious. I highly recommend this company. read more

I just love Wild Pastures! The variety of meats, the customizable boxes, and the ease of pausing my shipments as long as I want if I have too much product!! Not to mention their customer service is top notch. I mentioned once that the shaved steak I received in two different boxes were cut very differently and they immediately reached out to get my feedback and do a quality control. They called one day after noticing that my box was lost and hadn't arrived, told me they shipped out a new box that day.... It showed up before the original box(but it had to be thrown out because it was already thawing from a USPS mess up)! They offer amazing seasonal meats like spiral cut hams, they put a gorgeous giant wild pastures cookbook for free in one of my boxes this year for being a long-time customer!! But the icing on the cake is the fact I know for certain I'm always getting pasture raised, ethically slaughtered, USA meat!! read more

The food Wild Pastures is great. Not only is it delivered well packed for delivery and fresh, it is tasty, nutritious, and just downright good! The only thing that might be better than the food, is the service. I've had to contact them twice since I've been with them (from their start a few years ago) and the support people are friendly, courteous, and the response time is quick. An A1 organization from start to finish! read more

The meat is amazing , I feel healthier eating this meat , I have health problems and this meat helps me to stay healthier, I've been buying this meat for 3 years read more

The meats are of high quality. That combined with amazing service is a winner. The price for the quality is a true value.

Just got our first order last week. The bacon was outstanding, and we roasted a whole chicken tonight and it was so tender and tasty. Still have more to try and are looking forward to it. Love knowing what I am eating is good for me. I am going through chemotherapy so am being very cautious what I put in my body. Customer service was prompt and very helpful when I needed them. Will recommend. read more

Don't place an order if you want your food quickly. I'm posting this on day 11 of placing an order and my order has still not been packed and shipped. Where as when I purchased from butcherbox on the same day I ordered from these guys, and I received my butcherbox order 2 days later on Monday. 11 days and you haven't even packaged my order yet is NOT okay. I canceled my subscription and after I receive this, will never order from you again. read more

You can taste the difference. Comparable price to heb, but so much better. The meat is so clean that it taste great. Have turned my girlfriend on to pork and beef! Her favorite is the chicken though. Thanks Wild Pastures! read more

Wild Pastures provided excellent customer service when I was not satisfied with the quality of the New York Strip steaks I received. They were genuinely concerned about getting to root cause of the product quality and are providing replacement steaks. read more

The meat is high quality from small ranchers, tasty and always on time. Customer service is always prompt and friendly.

They started well. Good meat in the first package. Then they start sending you god only knows what - cartilage in ground beef, horrible steaks, etc. Bait and switch is a good way to describe them. read more

I'm so glad to have discovered this company! Not only are their products superb; so is their Customer Service. Top Marks from me!

This company has been so very accommodating and straightforward for over a year. The CS is honest, communicative and there are still live people with character integrity in this country. It was wonderful dealing with them. I hate to part ways but life happens. Best wishes for many years WP! read more

I've had quit a few pieces that were not vacuum sealed properly during the 10 months, or so I've been with WildPastures, but I was reimbursed for them. Also, I've gotten cuts of their ribeye that was literally 50% or more of the steak as fat and connective tissue. I've gotten reimbursed for that once, but there were a few times I didn't even bother reaching out because I sensed some attitude from one of them and I wasn't in the mood for drama. Most of the agents there seemed like they want to help, but not all, especially if you contact them for every faulty item you receive. The REAL problem is that they keep on raising their prices. Once was being straight up with us and giving us a heads up prior to it, but after that, they did it sneakily by changing out and rearranging their options so that it's more expensive to have the order the same as it was prior to the change. Not only is it more expensive to 'make it the same' as I had it before the change, I found that if I did not make some downgrades from a chicken breast to a ground beef, and one Ribeye to a Flat Iron, it would have been $30 more expensive for the same order. NOT A GOOD LOOK! If they pull this type of thing once more, I'm done with them. I'm not spending $420 per shipment to get nickle and dimed more and more every order. I was already on the fence before they pulled this nonsense, but this will be the final straw. read more

I love this company and their products. I prefer them over another farm where I previously ordered. I just find a noticeable difference in the freshness and flavor of the meats I order. I get a ton or compliments on how tender and juicy my chicken breast turn out! Re customer service, they are quick to reply to any questions I have, and resolve in a friendly and professional manner. I recommend them all the time! read more

I wish I had better things to say about this company, but it's not great. I do believe that the organic quality is good-- however the fajita meat is barely edible it's so dry. We also got rib eyes which were very expensive-- they were thin, and I can good a very good tender ribeye, it was gamy a d chewy and just not good at all. Tiny portion sizes, customer service wasn't too good either we got one box and smart be going back read more

Meat cuts have been great and very clean and tasty. I had one package that had leaked they were fast to issue credit onto my acct for that . Happy I tried , ribs are really good read more

It a fan. Meats are decent and all but the website is atrocious. Are they even aware that there web designer team should be fired on the spot or they cool with it being very difficult to pick what you want so they can get you to buy more. Well, it's not working on me. I cancelled my subscription. read more

Terrible experience with first order. Completely inadequate customer service. No one available on phone. First chat person didn't have a clue and insulted me. After wasting 40 minutes and THREE chat attempts, chat #3 offered to call me. Too late. Cancelled my subscription. Feeling relieved. If this is customer support, what is their operation like? You get a sense of a company's brand and philosophy on first contact. Theirs is not good. read more

My experience with them has been horrible. I placed my first order with them on 5/19/2026 and here it is close of business on 5/26/2026 and my order is still locked, hasn't been filled and hasn't shipped. Good luck getting a hold of anyone to inquire about your order. I cannot find any contact information for them and have been forced to use their AI Chat window to send my inquiries and even their BOT is unresponsive and ignores you. They say orders will ship within 1 - 3 business days and certainly by day 7. Tomorrow will be day 8 and I cannot find out anything about my order. They sure were quick taking my money though. I will not be using this place again and will be going back to using Heartstone Farms. I always received my order on time ( within 5 - 7 days after placing my order, and I was always able to get a hold of someone for support. Wild Pastures is COMPLETELY disengaged from the customer. Just absolutely unbelievable. read more

Food always arrives fully frozen and with the items I selected. the website is easy to navigate and customer service is responsive

all contents arrive frozen solid with dry ice. packaging is compostable and recyclable. customer service is responsive, helpful and friendly. i have been a member for many years and have always found their products to be delicious. i also appreciate the flexibility to allow delayed shipping when needed. i have never had a complaint and never looked back! read more

We receive a regular box from Wild Pastures. The quality of their meats--beef, pork, and chicken--is outstanding. We receive our box in a "cooler" box. Everything arrives frozen. They have excellent customer service and respond to messages in a timely manner. read more

Customer service is outstanding. Quick to respond and super helpful. Products are tasty, delivered with ease and I love trying out their recipes. It is wonderful to have a company with such high standards, great customer service, and flexible scheduling to work with. I have very much enjoyed my subscription and especially like that the boxes are customizable, so the order doesn't have to always be the same. read more

The meat is delicious and delivery is great. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!

We have had this membership for about a year but are becoming increasingly frustrated as of late. There is always one or two packages of ground beef/pork in a shipment that leaks when thawing. There have also been multiple rancid items that are only apparent after thawing. read more

Bad quality. Do not recommend. Ground beef had silver skin and cartilage. The ny strips had a lot of gristle. Very disappointed. Can not recommend. read more

I have been enjoying a variety of products from Wild Pastures for awhile now, so I feel like I can give an honest review. I love the fact that they offer 'clean' products, without all of the poisons the big guys pump into their products to preserve them, flavor them, etc. As a result, I am feeling better, both physically & mentally. These days finding clean, pure, nutritious food is quite the challenge, and from what I've seen, Wild Pastures offers all of these features, as well as predictable and reliable delivery. The people behind the products are also extremely responsive if you have questions, comments, or other issues in need of an answer. Another plus, is that the animals themselves have a natural life, so while I feel like a hypocrite, knowing they are headed to the dinner table, I take some solice in the fact that they do not suffer throughout their lives like those poor creatures, pumped full of hormones and antibiotics, crammed into small cages or holding lots until they are led off to slaughter. I highly recommend their products. read more
