I wanted to set up a wireless connection in my home and as everyone that knows me will attest, I am not very computer savvy when it comes to setting stuff up and diagnosing/troubleshooting problems related to computer issues. So, I rather not try and mess with it. I gave a call to United Techs and Daniel came over and installed my wireless connection in no time. At the same time he also helped me with some other computer issues and answered any questions I had about how to maintain and keep my computer running smoothly. Usually, when I start asking questions techs from other computer businesses that I have dealt in the past will start raising their eyebrows--as if you were trying to pry information from them and then usually end up charging you a bit more for it. Daniel answered all my questions and also helped by showing me how to run and download some software and programs that I needed. He was also very pleasant even after all the questions I had asked him. He is someone who really knows his computers and is willing to share his knowledge about them too. After all of that he still charged me the flat rate that he quoted over the phone without any additional charges. Imagine that...You can't find too many businesses like that anymore. Service was exceptional and I will be bringing all my computer needs to Daniel and United Techs in the future. Don't even think about going to GEEK SQUAD!!! You will be better served with United Techs.
