Unfortunately, she clipped a curb and a trailer tire broke off in Phenix, AL. The traffic cop called Faulks to move her out the way. She was so greatful and appreciative of the customer service she received. I know my child was stressing badly and was a definite basket case. Bubba, her tow truck driver, went out of his way to help her. From guiding her through filing a claim with her insurance and dealing with UHauls lack of customer service to knocking off a good chunk of the total bill, to giving her some good advice on how to handle this unfortunate setback. He claimed that the Dispatcher allegedly relayed to the him that there would be no passengers which was incorrect. There were two people. My car broke down on the highway due to faulty maintenance from Precision Auto Tune on Victory Drive, Columbus, Georgia. He claimed he was told the car key would be placed under the driver's seat for him. After us asking if he could drive us, he refused as he obviously did not want to drive us back to the area where he was going, for whatever reason (although it would've taken zero to very little extra time to do so). He had enough room in his truck for the two of us. Keep in mind I was with a friend and we were an HOUR from our designated location. The same exact location he was going. Terrible communication. Highly inconvenient.
