Nails came out good. It felt rushed (I was a walk in fill with one broken nail) had to ask to have the broken on reshaped because it was nowhere near the same as the ones I have. The two stars come from not acknowledging me when I walked in, no oil or anything after the nails are done, and asking me to pay in cash stating the machine wasn't working right after I watched two other customers pay card right before me. I get it I'm not a regular and probably don't look my best right now (came in from gym) but it left a nasty taste in my mouth. read more

I walked in after errands nearby because I'd had a dreadful week. This was the perfect spot to do something nice for myself! I got a basic pedicure. The lady who took care of me was good and did everything thoroughly and well. It included nail trim and painting, massage, callus file and lotion as well as the soaking. Loved it here!! They fixed my awful/thick nails in no time. Very nice, clean relaxed atmosphere. So glad I found my new favorite shop! I believe my nail tech was Jimmy. He is very kind and funny. I had an appointment for a gel manicure. I arrived fifteen minutes before my appointment time, and then I waited. And waited. And waited. I waited an hour before I was asked to have a seat at one of the stations. Then I waited another fifteen minutes. When I finally was seen, the tech asked if I wanted dip instead of gel. I told him no, I prefer gel polish. Then I expected a clean up of my cuticles and proper shaping of my natural nails. Instead, my nails were hastily filed and buffed then painted. No cuticle cleanup, no shaping of my nails, no lotion massage. I paid for a manicure and got polish which is something I could have just done at home. Not what I wanted. If there is a Swedish massage version of getting a fill I just got it. I just had the roughest nail fill I have ever had in my entire life from start to finish it was 20 minutes the man burned every single one of my fingers and jerked me around. I told him he was burning me and he was just rude. I told him I wanted my nails cut down and he filed the skin on my fingers too. If I didn't have a work event to go to in the morning I would have left. read more

Probably the best acrylic nails I have gotten in the area!! But I had an appointment at 4 (which didn't seam to matter there was no sign-in sheet) and my nails were not started until 4:30. I did feel I was pressured into getting gel polish because a few people walked in at the same time and they were rushing. I had 20% off of my price because of their grand opening special and it was $56. I think that that price was great for getting my toes painted with regular polish and a full set with gel and designs but, if it was the original price of $70 I definitely wouldn't of been getting gel polish. Overall I think it was great the salon is clean and they have relatively new equipment. I do feel some of the services are overpriced, but they are also good quality. !!!!The pics are from 1 week out of having my nails done!!!!! read more

Fast service. Tech was very talkative. Only bad thing I noticed was that there are no prices posted ANYWHERE. not even in the salon.

I was very unhappy with my experience yesterday my nail technician was late so after starting taking off the old set another customer came in and said she had an appointment at 11:30 but she was 15 minutes earl so the problem started we both had the same tech. I was getting a full set so she had to remove my old set then my pedicure. I told her I made my appointment with her so that other lady would have to wait or someone else do her, she did both of my services but my pedicure was not so great she rushed through the service so now today I have to go back and get the polish redone. I think they need to post there prices because every time I go it is different. $15.00 for gel polish is crazy plus she said she saved me $5.00 because she didn't charge me for the removal of the gel polish on my toes , the gel polish in which she put on the pedicure before that she did, really!! read more

Great people. However.... The guy by the sink did my friends nails, he did great. The gentleman I had was rushed, cut me open several times with the electric nail grinder, and also the manual nail file. He didn't paint my full nail as he missed several spots. My right hand looks like it's about a week old and my left hand looks like I just got them done last night but are sloppy. I paid $65 with tip for these nails... I will not be back. Definitely need more practice on their skills. read more

I truly am in shock. This nail salon is horrible! My friend and I had appointments for 1:00pm, I got in pretty much as soon as we came inside, my friend however had to wait 45 minutes because they were taking pictures of someone else's nails. The lady doing my nails was not patient at all and was going faster than I would've assumed it would take. I showed her a picture and she kept glancing at my notifications on my phone. The icing on the cake was when I was paying she broke my $100 bill into 20's and 5's and held a $20 in her hand and said "tip". I am revolted that I ever came here. Horrible service. I have been to Snappy Nails two times. Both times I have had bad luck. The staff is super friendly, however the service isn't that great for what I paid. I paid $90 for a mani pedi. I never got a massage which is part of the pedicure. Also, he got some polish on my foot, no big deal, until he scraped it off with the foot grader. That hurt and now I have a few blisters. On my finger nails, he put 4 layers of paint. My thumb polish started peeling up as soon as I left the salon. The polish on my nails are super thick. read more

Came here for the first time ever to get nails done with friends and we all had appts for 1:30pm. One friend went right in, and me and my other friend have sat here for a hour waiting for her turn and I've waited for a hour and 45 mins for mine. When there was two girls in front of us WITH OUT APPTs that should of been behind US, since WE had APPTS! That's the entire reason for making an appts is to get in at that time! Not wait over a hour! You did my girlfriends nails on September 20. Although they look really pretty on her, you cut them wayyyyyy to short. Now she can't scratch my back. And I love to have my back scratched. So the only reason you're getting a 1 star is because you've squashed any chance of my girlfriend giving me back scratches for a week. read more
