He's quick to tell you what is junk and what he will / will not work on. + Price. I thought his rates were fair. He worked to save me money and pricing was up front. + Delivery. My repair was ready before 3 week estimate. + Free Parking. (If you can find it) + Nice Showroom. SMALL -but they only seem to have high quality merch. Rare finds. So I kept my speakers in my truck for over a week until that day & they STILL were closed! Perhaps they meant closed "Through" Fri. Jan 4. Anyway, 3rd trip out there finally worked. Autozone tested it and said it was bad and needed replacement. I took the car to the store on Stage Rd, the Manager tested it and during the test, the test unit said "Unstable Battery". After completion of the test THIER test unit said "Replace Battery". The manager stated that they could not accept that result to replace the battery and I would need to leave the battery in the store and tested by a different unit and I'd have to leave the battery with her for 24-48 hrs. If you get a battery from any dealership or auto parts store and their test unit says the battery they will replace it on the spot. I had that experience previously with Autozone. How many people can leave a battery with a store and be without their only vehicle for that period of time? They never mentioned that fact when I bought the battery. It seems to me to just be a way to decrease the number of batteries they replace. Last time I do business with that company.
