I would NOT give this business one single penny of my money. Thomas Bledsoe is a conniving, manipulative, sorry excuse for a human being. I sold him a pristine iPhone on eBay and he comes back 3 weeks later claiming that it was having startup issues, when ebay closed the case in my favor(because waiting 3 weeks to mention something was a tad sketchy) he then went through PayPal. PayPal allowed him to send the phone back and its COMPLETELY trashed, gouges and scrapes all over it and the phone no longer comes on. Even after I was able to provide proof that the phone was not received in the condition that I sent it, PayPal still refunded his money. So I am out $400+ and have a phone that I can't even resell. What. a. joke. So, I'm here to make sure that everyone that visits this page will know what kind of person they're trusting with their electronics. Thomas Bledsoe is pathetic. read more

What a scammer! Started out great, when I took my phone in to get advice on a dirty charge port. I do landscaping, so my phone gets clogged with dirt. The man was nice enough to clean out the port for me for free, but I was grateful enough to give him $10. Then we had a 10-minute long conversation about my problem and he offered to make a special trip to Getwell to get me a case whose port closes tightly. I paid another $10 in advance. When I came back in to pick it up, he had no memory of any of this, but did find my name written down in his book. He had not gotten the promised case and was now trying to sell me any old thing. Well, I already have an inadequate phone case, don't need another. I asked for the $10 back. He said he didn't have it. After I left, he opened the door and called out that he had lots of cases (none that would solve my problem or I would have gotten one the first time around!). I was glad he cleaned out that port, but obviously I would never go there again. read more

I would go elsewhere. I had to take my phone back after they had it for over 24 hours and no progress nor communication about the phone status. I couldn't get a return call and finally had to get them to hand the phone back over after losing over a day of waiting for them to do something. ANYTHING. I finally gave up. read more

DO NOT go to this business for anything. They are running fraudulent business practices. I went there to get a screen repair and a new battery for my little sisters iPhone. When we took the phone home that day the battery would not hold a charge, I contacted Timothy to let him know and took the phone back up there. When I went to pick it up, the 2nd time, the battery still would not hold a charge. He suggested that it was my charger and I should buy one of his $20 chargers. When I took the phone hone I tried SEVERAL iphone chargers that were in good condition, I even went and purchased a new charger from AT&T, the phone still would not charge. I informed him that the phone would still jot charge and per the return policy on their website and their 1 yr warranty, I asked for a refund and he refused. I asked my father to call and we decided to give him another opportunity to fix the faulty battery he put in, now the 3rd time. He ket the phone for 1 1/2 days, when I went to pick the phone up I brought two iPhone chargers with me to try them INSIDE THE SHOP and yet again, the battery would not charge. I asked for a refund for the battery and again he refused to refund and suggested that the chargers were faulty and I should but one of his $20 chargers. I said I did not want a charger snd would like a refund, again he refused to refund the battery or the screen and threatened to call the police on me and my 14 year old sister. TERRIBLE BUSINESS, and Timothy is extremely rude, belittling, and has no customer service etiquette what so ever. read more

My iphone would not charge so I took it to this place. I should have known a company that can't spell repair correctly wouldn't be able to do quality work. I dropped it off and they told me it would be ready the next day. The next comes around and I call. The guy tells me he hasn't started it yet but to give him a couple of hours and it will be done. I give him a couple of hours and nothing. I call back and he tells it is ready to pick it up. I drive up there from my house, which is in Atoka, and my phone was just "finished" but he didn't have time to put it on the charger which meant I got my iphone back dead. I drive back home and plug in my phone, no surprise it doesn't work. I tired every charger I have and nothing. Called them back and they were closed so I called the next day. I spoke to someone and told them my situation and that my phone wasn't fixed. Long story short, the guy I spoke to was rude and told me I needed to stop calling them because they fixed my phone. After dropping it off 2 times and still not having a working phone, I sent my husband to pick it up. Not only did the rude guy on the phone NOT give us a refund, he also sold my husband a charger with a lifetime warranty. Are you serious??? I finally brought my phone to the Apple Store where they determined it was the charging port on the phone and it had never been replaced. Not only do these people lie to you about fixing your phone, they have terrible customer service. read more

DO NOT!! go to this place! completely messed up my iphone 7 that i only had two months if that! had to go buy another bc it was so messed up! they tried to fix it multiply times! was never ready when they said it would be, even after they said they need to keep the phone all day to make sure it works right once they "fix" it and didn't touch it til 5:30 when i was coming to pick it up! lies told constantly! had multiple customers come in while i was there with problems with there "repairs"! I really wanted to leave a great review for this company because it started out great. Unfortunately, after replacing my screen, my power button no longer works. I called them right after I left, letting them know it wasn't working (maybe 5 mins after I left) I told them I would return the following day because they were closing soon. I drove the 15 mins back to the store the very next day, only for them to try pressing the power button and then blame it on "water" damage. I have never had a problem with any of the buttons before giving them my phone. I just came to replace my screen because I dropped it. Everything was working perfectly fine. It is not a coincidence it stopped working once they replaced the screen. Now I cannot lock my screen or even turn off my phone. They want another $60 to replace the button, no discount offered, no apology just drive all the way out here and waste my time to tell me its not your fault. read more

Absolutely unethical owners here. I went in because I had cracked my screen, but everything was still functional. They touch it for an hour and suddenly the screen goes black but you can hear people calling me and texting me so the audio still worked. They lied about the problem with my phone, they put a non-Apple part in my phone (but told me it WAS an Apple part), then sent me to the Apple Store because they had made it worse. Guess what. Apple Store geniuses can tell immediately when you've had someone else work on your phone particularly if non-Apple parts have been put in. Apple explained that by going to places like iRepear you void any warranty you had and Apple won't touch it after these places get their hands on them. So I went back to the guy and asked him why he didn't inform me of any of that. A couple curse words later he offers to give me money to buy a new phone. But he caps it at $400, which doesn't buy a new iPhone, and begged me to buy one of his refurbished ones. No chance, moron. I would avoid this place and be mindful of similar businesses if you don't want to void any possible warranty you might have on your iPhone. read more

I took my iPhone 5S in for repair. When they called to tell me it was ready, I said I'd be in that day and asked when they closed. They said they would be there until 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:45pm, and the shop was locked up tight. I knocked and called, but there was no answer. I left a message asking them to call me and never received a return call. I called back the next day, left another message, and still got no return call. After calling two more times with no answer, I finally went to the store. The door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for lunch. It was after 2:00pm. I decided to wait, and as I was waiting, someone exited the store, so I went in as he left. The price I was quoted to fix the phone had increased overnight by $20, and the phone still wasn't functioning. He told me it was not the screen (which is the part they fixed) that was still messed up, and they couldn't fix the part that was messed up, because he needed a code to reset the phone and only his manager had the code. When I went home to try to restore the phone with my computer, the display got stuck in zoom. I returned to the store, and the technician took the phone in the back and got it out of zoom mode, assuring me it was fixed. By the time I got to my car, the keypad had frozen once again. I returned to the store. They finally agreed to refund my money and put the original part back on my phone. I made an appointment with the apple store, who inspected the phone and told me that it had a third party screen on it and so they couldn't work on it. Obviously, iRepear didn't return the original screen to the phone, and now I can't even get it serviced elsewhere. I'll be contacting the store again tomorrow, but I don't have high hopes that anything will be resolved. read more
