It's dirty, people drag racing their dirt bikes inside the compound, shitty lighting, and bugs everywhere. Also lost my key and called ahead to tell them I needed the lock drilled and a new lock. When I arrived I was told to wait by the locker and he would be right there. I waited 30 minutes and when I went back to the office he was helping a new customer, mind you when a similar situation happened to someone else he had me wait outside the office and locked the door while he took the 5 minutes to drill their lock. In my situation however he had me wait over an hour instead of making the next customer wait 5 minutes.

While I understand it can be difficult to find reliable help, if a company chooses to hire individuals with criminal backgrounds, they have a responsibility to supervise them properly. That supervision was clearly lacking in my case. I feel extremely disappointed and violated, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
